It's got a full basketball court, 3 racquetball/squash courts, a nice, big, new dedicated spinning room with the latest spin cycles, an aerobics room, and a Pilates room. Also, there's a huge indoor pool and outdoor tennis courts. The staff includes on-site pro trainers, accredited PT's, lifestyle coaches. They have a smoothie bar, protein snacks, powders and potions for you hardcore types. And the weight room is full of all the free weights you need, the full gamut of machines for circuit training, and even some of that new fangled cross training Box gym equipment. The owners are hands on, on site. Have I missed anything? Yes... they've got 2 Expresso bikes, my favorite, let's get another 1 or 2, and plenty of stair climbers, ellipticals, treadmills, and the like. MAC also has dedicated steam rooms, saunas and whirlpools for each gender. If you're in Bigfork, don't miss the MAC!

I went to work out of town for the summer and cancelled my membership at the end of May. I was on the auto-pay plan, and was glad to see the monthly charges had stopped. Last week my debit card was unexpectedly charged the monthly membership fee, and upon contacting them (took three days for them to get back to me), I was told I was "one of the lucky unfew to not get charged for June, July, and August". Why they still had my card information after 3 months is beyond me. When they finally did get back to me they said that the charge was for June, which is odd, especially because I tried to use my key card to return it a few weeks later and it didn't work. While they assured me I wouldn't be charged in the future, they have been unwilling to do anything about the unwarranted charge to my debit card. If you do happen to join this gym, make sure you don't give them any bank account or credit card information, who knows what and when you'll be charged.

I was told that I could talk to a manager about it when she was around so I paid in full hoping that I could change it after not thinking too much about it. Once I got a hold of the manager she was very rude off the bat and hit me with a you sign a contract and there is no refund and nothing she can do. Would have appreciated not being told I could work something out with her, then being hit with you sign a contract. Very slimy and rude would not recommend going here.

After exchanging a few words with this employee, he invited me to "step outside". After telling this to the owner at a reasonably elevated volume, his response was I should quite down or step outside with his employee. The employee reiterated how he would happily step outside. I grabbed my things cancelled my membership and walked outside. The owner followed. I further explained in detail the ridiculous actions of his employee in the gym, followed by an invitation to fight outside. His response was "I would feel the same way you do". Dumbfoundedly, he asked me for my scan key card and what day of the month my billing date was.
