I frequent this location for eyebrow waxing, but they offer a number of other services to meet your needs: waxing, facials & acne treatments, massages, make-up services, permanent make-up, skin lightening, electrolysis. It's a small, cozy place.. and I like the privacy you have while you're here, versus those larger chain spas.
I came here along with my mother, who had been recommended to Cindy Yatsko; and I'm glad I did, because Cindy is amazing. I'm sure some people have associated waxing/hair removal with pain (think 'Friends', the episode in which Phoebe and Monica try a DIY waxing, or the episode where Joey gets his eyebrows waxed and couldn't stand the pain and only had one done).. maybe it's just me, but I like it. There have been many times when I may have even drifted off a little bit. And while I usually hate the small talk and chit-chat when getting beauty services done (waxing, haircuts, etc.), chatting with Cindy is like having a good talk with a friend.
Cindy no longer runs/owns the location, and only meets with her regular clients on occasion. However, the women who currently work at and run All About Images have worked alongside Cindy for a good amount of time, and I think have also been trained to use similar waxing methods.
Prices may have changed, as I'm referring to an older pamphlet I have, but it's about $15 for eyebrows, and between $25-40 for facial waxing. Massages are ~$30 per half hour, and facials vary in price depending on the type of service you request (deep cleansing, European full facial, alpha-hydroxy treatment, or acne skin treatment). I'd say prices are about average as compared to any other local skin care center, but the service is top-notch and the reason I have always come back. read more
