I placed the order approx. 330p est. and requested the cancelation approx. 410p est. The immediate response was "I can't do that because it shipped out this morning". Obviously that would be impossible. According to the FedEx tracking, it wasn't picked up until the next day after several email communications were had. Most of which, the seller was condescending and unprofessional. Since then I have repeatedly asked for a return to processed immediately, and I would send back in the original shipping box. Shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited may be the most wonderful shopping experience ever, especially if…read morePhilip is providing his expert assistance. He knows everything there is to know about the products Wild Birds Unlimited (WBU) sells. What you need to know is that Wild Birds Unlimited sells bird feeders and lots of other assorted related items. As Philip eloquently stated, he is selling "non-essential" items. Well, I will tell you who thinks these things are essential, the birds in my backyard. I have been feeding my backyard birds for years using two wonderful bird feeders called the Eliminator. The Eliminator is specially designed to prevent squirrels from eating the bird seed. Let me tell you, the squirrels in my back yard have complained very loudly about this. When birds sit on a ring surrounding the bottom of the Eliminator, the weight of the birds opens small doors at the base of the feeder just large enough to allow the birds to feed. But, if a squirrel climbs on the ring, the weight of the squirrel activates springs causing the doors to shut. This bird feeder is an outstanding example of sophisticated engineering. Bird watching is a fascinating thing. I watched the birds who were watching the squirrels trying to eat their birdseed. I swear I saw the birds laughing at the squirrels who were too stupid to figure out how to open the doors and eat their birdseed. Anyway, one of my bird feeders broke which is almost impossible because the Eliminator is extremely well constructed with space age plastic. Most birds will go extinct before this bird feeder will wear out! The Eliminator comes with a guarantee. If it breaks, Wild Birds Unlimited will fix it. A year or so ago, a bolt of lightning hit a huge tree limb hanging over my bird feeders. A two ton limb fell, striking one of my bird feeders causing the plastic bird seed container tube to break and separate from the base of the bird feeder. I immediately rushed to my nearest Wild Birds Unlimited to find out how to fix this problem. WBU instantly honored the guarantee. They replaced my broken tube with a brand new tube and I was back in business in no time. Let me tell you, my backyard birds were thrilled about the great service provided by WiBU. They "cheep" about it all the time. If you want to get into backyard bird watching, I highly recommend Wild Birds Unlimited in Brookfield. Tell them Henry sent you. It will not get you a discount or anything else for that matter except to know that I will think it is funny that you mentioned my name. Seriously, if you shop here for your bird watching needs, please ask for Philip. He will provide all the hardware and all the advice that you may need for successful bird watching. Best wishes to all of you. Henry Pearlman Hpearl5@aol.com

Instead of going all the way to the front of the store again I found a man in a back room and asked him and from the start not friendly at all. He just said over at the end of the store. I said that I went to the aisle the young lady had told me and he actually looked at me and said, no you weren't there. I said excuse me, I was there. He said no you weren't. He brought me to an aisle that I was not told that's where I should be. I looked at him and said this is to a competition. I let him know that he owed me an apology and he walked away. I asked him if there was a manager that I could speak with and he said, I don't know. If you're working you know if your manager is there or not. Asked to speak with a manger and really did did not get a good feeling that anything would be accomplished. I told him that all the man had to say was that he was bust and he would get someone to help me. Rude does not make I better. I will not be going back to that store.

I tried to comment on Troy Emmi reply but I ended up updating the hole review. I don't know if…read morethere's a feature on here that I can reply to the owners comment but there is something that I need to say that's going to be listed down below. 8/15/21: After writing this review on Yelp Troy Emi (head at Fanboy Collectibles) decided to post all of my personal information Full name, Phone number, Address, and Email address and to a different site for everyone to see. What is something NO BUSINESS should do with a customer's personal information. I'm not going to allow someone like this to steal $210 and then post all of my personal information on another site. I will be contacting his Police Department as soon as I can in his Township about him posting my personal information. Troy Emi has a history of doing what he did to me to other people aswell. Only customers had this same experience of him stealing and robbing them out of money. He stole my $210.00 an what he's doing now it's not acceptable. On top of that when we first had this issue what I forgot to mention was that he was sending me rude and nasty Facebook messages and Emails due to he was upset with me more or less of him harassing me and calling me racist slurs. The guy is not professional whatsoever and he should probably not even be running a business if he's going to act like this. Original review written: on Google. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Stole $210.00 of deposits I had with this company. They closed my account do to I got in a damaged statue and after I told them the problem with the statue I got in they closed my account and kept all the pre order deposit I had with them. Before this I was shopping with this company for 2 years but right when I had a problem they closed my account and stole my deposits I had on my pre orders with them. Best to buy somewhere else. I would not recommend this company whatsoever 2/11/22: Saw that Troy Emmi cared to reply back on 1/28/22 but Troy didn't tell the truth again. In Troy Emmi reply he said "This customer has made these claims that we have stolen this money on multiple social media platforms and Yelp. To which we always reply with all of the information we listed above and have stated we have all of the e-mails, screenshots and sales orders to which we've referred and can gladly make them available." I these had a BBB claim upped about Troy Emmi at Fanboy Collectibles because of him taking all my personal business information that I gave him and posting it on a different website for everyone to see. Troy never provided any of that information that he says that he has whatsoever to the Better Business Bureau. Almost as if he doesn't happen. The only thing he did was talk negative about me as a customer and about my past negative business experiences with other companies and businesses. Also the worker at Better Business Bureau I spoke to them by phone and she also said I should probably contact consumer relations about him or a lawyer do to him stealing the $210 of mine but most definitely about him taking all my personal information and posting it online. So Troy Emmi at Fanboy Collectibles is now believing that BBB is wrong? Also I did try to contact consumer relations by phone but because of covid data on take phone calls and to set up a complaint on this site is kind of hard for me. Something else Troy Emmi has said is "As for these new claims. If we were harassing you on Facebook why would you not just report us to Facebook? They would immediately close our account." Troy Emmi has me Blocked on Facebook. It's kind of hard to report something when you're blocked Troy. Now I have screenshots of that and everything else proving my point if you want it. So the first picture is of me logged into my Facebook and Gmail account and the 2nd is of me when I'm not. So yeah. Blocked. So yeah. I do care about this because I'm not going to have something steal $210.00 from me first and 2nd post my personal information online and have that be OK. Troy Emmi did this samething to another customer if you look at the reviews left to his company.

He was basically 10%-15% below all the other companies and I have purchased about 4 more items since then and all we delivered as advertised in perfect condition. Some of these other reviewers seem to be focused on shipping issues which any owner has no control of.
