North Bay had three months to get this taken care of and to let me know what was happening. To tell me the day before!! That is not acceptable. I called the doctor and he got it over to them, but North Bay didn't call me back to tell me they got it like they said they would. I started called North Bay at around 2:30, but no one called me back and all I got was their answering machine. Also, I have gone back there in person to get things moving. I want to go to Davis rehab, but we have lost over three months waiting for them when they told us it only takes three to four weeks to get into the rehab. They run as bad and their ER room does.

My daughter's language has grown exponentially since we began seeing Katie in August 2025. Her office is centrally located & so welcoming. My daughter loves running into the door and playing in the waiting area. She even tries to enter the main door before our appointment time because she is just so excited for her session to begin! Katie always decorates for holidays & her office is such a peaceful & cheerful environment. There's also plenty of parking so it's super easy to get in and out of your appointment. My daughter had a significant speech delay, but since starting weekly therapy at Discovery Speech, we have stopped counting how many words she has at her disposal, we are fully into phrases & sentences! The mental load of having a child who has a speech delay can be very heavy and the overall feeling is that of constant worry. The part that I have loved the most about our time with Katie is that she listens intentionally to your concerns. She is a consumate professional who has so many professional connections in the area & is happy to get you introduced to them. That has been SO helpful for us as we are military family who is not originally from Sonoma County. She realized that my daughter was a strong candidate for physical therapy even after the physical therapist evaluation did not approve her. We got re-tested and my daughter was in fact, a candidate for physical therapy. I was so happy to have her as an advocate for my daughter. I didn't realize they could re-test/ you could have a second opinion. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Discovery Speech!
