I went to this store for a new internet provider, ended up getting phone service and a new phone…read moretoo. What struck me as odd was, not getting any of my monthly charges in writing. When I enquired the customer service rep told me she couldn't provide one but told me what my monthly bill would be. After paying for activation and an additional accessory for my new phone. No receipt was provided. I assumed The receipt was in the bag and realized when I got to my car there was no receipt so I had to return to the store to request one. Now that I received my first bill from T Mobile it is much higher than what I was told initially. I don't appreciate what this sales woman did and will never return to this store. I just wanted to warn new customers about this practice at the store.

He did the whole thing while standing next to a counter even though there is a work desk with chair for clients. The store was empty so I don't see why standing was the best option but nonetheless it was pretty quick (15 min max) They didn't have the phone i wanted to they shipped it to my house and I needed to return the old phone once I got it. I came back in for the return and two employees were sitting (one behind the desk and the other one in what would be a Client chair) The guy behind the desk got up and grabbed my phone and once again I was left standing there. The other guy didn't even look up from his phone. They told me I had to bring the phone to UPS which wasn't mentioned the first time around. He also told me they were out of boxes and I had to see if UPS would give me one. All in all the process was pretty quick but the customer service was subpar.

Long story short, one of the phones fell short in storage, which is why I returned it the very next day. When I returned it, I was told to pay $50 because the box was open (even though I received it already open and there were sharpie notes on the box as proof!). Anyhow, since the salesperson seemed very unprepared and unwilling to discuss it with me, I decided to proceed with the return. When he took the old phone, he went directly to erase all data instead of following the usual procedure to unbind the phone from my Apple account and unpair Apple devices on the Find My app. I expressed my concern, but he just said it was not necessary. Now, as a result, my Apple Watch can't be paired with the phone that I kept since this person never unpaired the returned phone. I am very, very disappointed.

The young counter girl immediately answered me with a price of $300.00 for a new glass cover and labor. This repair price quote is what I am paying for insurance over three years and then I still would still need to pay the deductible of $250.00, then get a new "refurbished" phone anyways through Assurian.
