However, the Estate Sales Ontario owner had promised us that she would dispose of any unsold items in my brother's apartment. (This promise was also on her website at the time.) This did not happen. We were left with one week to dispose of various large items ourselves in a difficult time of Covid. The owner promised a prompt reckoning and payment from the auction. This also did not happen. It took several months and repeated reminders for any payment to arrive. The owner told us she had "overlooked" our payment because she was so busy. I live in another province. It took three months for items I bid on to arrive. Expect politeness and promises when you first talk to this owner but little follow-through. Very disappointing service.

I was immediately put at ease by her friendly, pleasant demeanor, and we went over the problem areas I wanted to tackle. We set up a plan and got to work. Rosalind has a great deal of patience and persistence in tackling even the most disorganized spaces. She helped me sort and discard/recycle the items i didn't need, taking them away with her at the end of the day. Everything got sorted, labelled, and organized so that I had easy access to craft stuff in my studio, and all the home maintenance stuff stashed in my laundry room and basement storage areas.
