Great pharmacy. It's rare that you can actually call a pharmacy a pharmacy anymore. Aliton's provides the service you'd expect. If there's a problem they do the legwork every big box chain should be doing but doesn't. As for customer service I have not had one negative experience or interaction. For example, today I pulled up to the drive- thru and before I could say anything she knew I was there to pick up my wife's prescription and started on the transaction immediately. I recommend switching to Aliton's to anyone in the area looking to get away from the big retail stores. read more

I got hung up on by a Woman answering the Phone very rude.I have had lots of problems In the past with this pharmacy.I was told I could only get filled 75 tabs of the certain medication and a different pharmacist filled the 80 no problem.Have a good day to y'all read more

Rude. Act like they're doing you a favor. Seem to just not care if they have customers or not. Can literally stand at the counter for 10 minutes while people in the back just do their thing and don't even acknowledge your existence. With Walgreens now a complete disaster, and the PJ Pharmacy being pretty awful as well, my suggestion is PillPack. This is not an ad. I'm someone who uses their service, after getting fed up with all of these garbage pharmacies in Port Jervis. It is straight up 100% free. You only pay whatever co-pays you were paying before (including zero, if it was zero) and they pack the meds into individual daily packets and mail a box monthly to your front door .. for free. They don't ship narcotics or anything Schedule 2 (or 1 obviously), but other than that, it literally makes no sense to me to even bother going to any of these pharmacies anymore. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I was told they provide Mumps vaccine last week and this week I'm told they do not do it. And I can here a guy in the back on the phone cursing about my request. This is the 2nd time I've had a horrible experience with them. Last time they denied my insurance because they put in my name with a typo. Avoid at all costs. I have no idea how they are still functioning and why anyone in their right mind would use them. read more

This place used to be a great l9cal pharmacy but carl the owner has changed gotten cold and lost his ability to be professional...very rude and dangerous if you have auto immune issues or stress issues he wouldnt think twoce about embarassing you and being unprofessional he literally CHANGED MY DOCTORS SCRIPT FOR PAIN MEDS AND TOLD ME TO GO ELSEWHERE! i was going to hum for 5 yrs now and had the same dr same dose...HE WAS GOING ON AND ON ABOUT THE DEA...LIKE ITS MY FAULT I HAVE R.A. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Like many others in my area, my insurance company stopped using Walgreens (which is excellent ) and forced me to switch to Alitons. The place is always dirty. They are often out of stock on common items I use every month. They advertise opening at 8:30 am, but no one answers the phone until at least 9:00 and many of the people( not all of them) that work there are very rude, an experience reported in many other reviews here. If you have a choice. Go anywhere but Alitons. read more

This place does deserve to be a neighborhood pharmacy. I love shopping small businesses but AVOID Aliton's. He doubles his prices on health goods. I paid double for a thermometer, ace bandage and a Knee Scooter. I will NEVER shop at Aliton's again read more

So I asked her how is the reason for me to get the meds keep changing. Now i go for it the following day and now it's not filled which it was. So I had to do more waiting. Something really needs to be done about that pharmacist they need to clean house and start new. It's a nightmare. And all I got was hung up on. I'm fit to be tied. This is a neurological medication that you can't lapse on. TODAY is the 22 and I still haven't received word on my script. I call. Speak to someone . They confirm my script they say let me get the pharmacist . On hold for over and hour. I end up driving there from the city and they are playing dumb like they aren't aware of my script and not understanding what happened. What's happening is incompetence and dangerous. So your job correctly and efficiently. This is ridiculous.

I should of known to do business with this establishment due to its owner being charge several years ago for Medicaid fraud... the owner Carl is not qualified to represent the responsibilities of caring for patients in this community... HE iS A FRAUD!!!!!!Not only is his staff incompetent but it has been proven he can't control his abusive ways!!!!! especially to a very sickly person , A Woman!!!!!! Who was in need of medical care via medication and this is not the first time!!!!!! With this behavior!!!!! I went back to this establishment under no choice due to needing a Neubilize for I was in an acute respiratory distress spending a week in and out I The ER for treatment and steroid IV. This has to be obtained in a medical supply store.My insurance company is giving me a hard time issuing it! I went to my 4 th medical appointment in 5 days and immediately After leaving my doctor I sat in the parking lot, contacting the pharmacy to communicate to a tech my doctors explicit direction that should the insurance again be pending that the doctor be called due to the urgency of my condition . Two and a half hours later I approached the drive thru to the window and was told my insurance still pending and upon inquiring if my doctor was called they said NO. When I inquired why this animal approached the window he was hiding behind , and he called me a liar about calling, and as I challenged him calling me a liar he began raging and he REFUSED to give me my medication!!!!!!!!! and closed the window!!!! I got the police and the doctor in to advocate for me due to my acute medical conditions, he refuse! I promise this disgusting excuse of a man haha and a disgrace to the medical profession that I will report him everywhere I can to hold him accountable for this disgrace !!!!!
