This shop is awesome. I've been wanting to write a review but I waited until I went there a few times. First off the negative reviews seem highly unlikely and are completely the opposite from my experience. Most likely they are just phishing to bring this guys business down while trying to promote another place. Really sad but honestly not surprised one bit. I think it's funny that all the negative reviews are from people who have screwed up cars. Debra is blaming the alignment guy because her cv's were not installed correctly. An alignment is only effective with a properly functioning ride. And by what you will see with my experience, if he had noticed an issue he would not have done the work. And the guy with the tire rub, there are a few reasons why a tire would rub. You want an alignment, you got an alignment. If the tire still rubbed then chances are it was another issue not related to alignment and you want Ken to fix more issues than just the alignment. I bet you think he should also drive over to the gas station on his test ride and fill up the gas tank. I first came to the store to get an alignment on my van. It was a junker 1996 dodge caravan I picked up to learn to work on cars. He drove the car when I got there which I was really surprised. I never had an alignment done where they drive it. Normally they just through it on the lift and do the job. Well he came back and said my cv joints were bad and my sway bar bushing. He told me to fix it then come back. I knew there was an issue and had been trying to locate my problem. Thanks to his suggestion I was able to fix the problem. He did not charge me that day. He said get that fixed and come back. I was thankful because I know many places that would do the alignment regardless of the cars condition. Then I went back to get my alignment. After the alignment he told me that he had to cut the boot on my tie rod because it was very very loose and about to separate. I appreciated the heads up. I know some people would never have told me this. To me both of these visits demonstrate his honesty, which is #2 in my books right next to professional expertise, which I believe he succeeds. Now the van is on it's last breath so I went and got a 2003 honda crv. Had to change a tie rod end so I went and got an alignment immediately. After the alignment Ken told me that for my car the manufacturer recommends 26 psi in the tires but he said he would recommend exceeding that to 40 psi. I noticed I was only getting 21 mpg which is less that the rated city miles of 22. After he filled my tires up a little more, I just today got gas and my mpgs were about 26, which is where it should be. For me it is these little details and advice on why I go to this shop. The dude is honest, straight up with no BS, and provides exceptional service. read more

Neil had my Jeep up on the alignment jig for a total of 3 minutes before my alignment was done. Now my Jeep tracks straight and I don't have to worry about uneven tire wear. What's more, they test drive your car to make sure everything is done right. They even stayed past closing time to finish the job. Don't bother with chains or auto centers when it comes to things like alignments. Seek out a place that does that one job. I can honestly say, not only does Alignment Factory do that one job, they do that one job better than anyone else. read more

The rates are fare and the work done was explained in a very professional manner. He didn't treat me like a layman since I do know a few things about cars. The only contention I have is a personal one in how appointments are managed. You have to call the day that you want the alignment done and schedule the appointment that day. It requires a little extra effort to remember to schedule that appointment, but the work done is great. I'll be using them for all the rest of my alignment issues. read more

I went today to get my Sonata aligned after getting new tires and Ken is all the HYPE and then some. He is very straightforward and doesn't try to run a hustle. He tells you the problems you might have with the alignment, caster, etc and fixes the issue and you leave his place with your car driving straight as an arrow. I have an older 4x4 lifted truck. After replacing some parts i took it to Banner Tire for an alignment. They said the Camber on the left side was slightly out and could not be adjusted without loosing proper adjustment on the other settings. They said it was likely due to frame damage from an accident. Accepting that, i spent the next year replacing suspension and steering parts to eliminate drift and free play in the steering wheel. Recently, i replaced some more parts and a friend suggested Alignment Factory. When i left i had a complete understanding of my steering components, which ones i might have to replace in the next year and which were ok. He spent time tightening some things that had come loose, took it for a second test drive and worked on it a little more. When he was done, the drift was gone. The play in the steering wheel was gone. The camber on both sides were adjusted properly and he assured me there was no frame damage affecting the steering. Had i gone there year earlier instead of accepting Banner Tire knew anything about alignments other than what they charged for them, i could have saved hundreds of dollars in parts and over a year of aggravation replacing just about everything in the front end of the truck. Having to call at 8am the morning i wanted the work done for an appointment was a minor inconvenience but the results were worth every penny i paid. I highly recommend Alignment factory. He only does alignments and it makes no difference to him if it is lowered, lifted or recently repaired from a collision. If it can be aligned, he will align it. If it cannot, he will tell you exactly what you need to do to correct the problem. The cost? The same as Banner Tire only minus the poor work, bad advice and a year of aggravation. His work also comes with peace of mind a competent professional is working on your car. Best money i have ever spent on the front end of any car i have ever owned. read more

Been having problems for months with my 06 Honda Ridgeline being out of alignment, slight pull and steering wheel cocked to the right. Those ass hats at the Honda dealership could never get it right. You would think with the proper ASE certifications, Honda specialty training, proper alignment equipment, etc. you would get the job done right the first time. Nope... 2 dealerships and at least 3 alignments later, it was still fubar'ed and pulling to the right. To say I was frustrated with these dealer clown shoes is an understatement. I wanted to see if all the hype was real, so I called Ken one day and from the get go he was very helpful and provided honest advise before taking the truck there. For example, make sure tires were original Michelin, proper tire pressures, OEM suspension and steering equipment, etc. Once I had everything ready, I made an appointment with Ken 10 min before 8am. I got there and his shop was clean and pristine. His assistant took truck for a test drive pre and post alignment. The tech took his time and did a fantastic job. Real happy with my truck's steering and alignment now. The hype is real and I drank the Kool-Aid folks. Don't waste your money getting sub par alignment work elsewhere. after a horrible alignment job at tire Kingdom, please don't go there horrible job worse customer service, and then taking my vehicle to Jeep, who still could not fix the damage done by tire Kingdom, I was recommended to go to see Ken at the alignment factory. He even said to me once that I didn't need an alignment on my previous car. Not many auto repair shop owners are as honest as him. I brought my car in since its been pulling to the right for a long time and I was finally fed up of driving it like that. Ken hopped in the car and after five minutes he determined it was a tire problem and recommend I swap the front tires with each other. He explained since all my tires were worn evenly that the alignment was not the problem and that one of the tires had a "radial pull" problem; he guaranteed that if I swap the tires left and right the problem would go away. I was skeptical but decided to believe Ken since hes been in the business for 30 years now. I got home and did exactly what he suggested and now the problem is FIXED! just like that. I am glad there are still people like Ken around that are dedicated to their work and not just out there trying to rip people off;he could have easily just did the alignment and charge me anyways but he didn't. We bring every car we have to align to him and his polite and professional employees (Neil, thx). We take about two cars a day, and there is never an issue with getting it back on time or with a perfect job done.
