Juan repaired my heater and saved me over $2500 and has fixed other pool equipment which has saved me a lot of money. Juan always shows up on time and he actually spends time to service your pool and spa. With other pool services I was constantly paying for additional chemicals to maintain the water and then told I needed to drain/refill the pool. Juan is reliable and communicates very well. I had my pool built by MBros with Sergio leading the project, and from the start he was professional, easy to work with, and offered helpful design suggestions. What impressed me most was the follow-through. Unlike many contractors who disappear after the job is done, Sergio stood by his work. When small issues came up over the year, like our pool lights going out or defective parts (fire bowls burners started to rust badly), etc. he and his brother came back, honored the warranty, and made sure everything was resolved. Yes, some parts took time to arrive, but Sergio followed through until the job was complete. He clearly takes pride in his work, cares about his customers' satisfaction, and gives me confidence that if something comes up in the future, I can count on him to help. My only advice for others is to keep communication clear and written so both sides stay on the same page.
