Food quality is not great any more and service is horrible. I came in yesterday and ordered steak en cazuela which is basically steak in red sauce with refried beans and a salad to go. When picking up my order, I asked my server if she can give me an extra oder of avocado and that I would pay her whatever it is that they charge. She charged me a dollar extra and bought out a slice of avocado in aluminum foil. I opened it while I was there. It was a thin slice half turned brown. I bought it to her attention and she responded (what do you expect for a dollar an avocado salad cost 4 dollars. I would had gladly paid the 4 dollars but I did ask her if I could speak with the person preparing food in the back as to why they only gave me a small slice of avocado the was turning brown. She went in the back and came back out and told me that it was the owner who served it and that the owner refused to come out to talk to me. I was in shock as to the lack of respect and courtesy of the owner. I paid for my order and left. Need less to say I woke up with stomach aches. I feel that the food was not fresh.
