His behavior and fear far exceeded anything I could manage on my own, as nothing I did worked to help the Pup out. A friend of mine recommended Jenny. Jenny was amazing and God sent!!!! She supported me and gave me a lot of information on what to do to get our new found puppy to feel safe and come out of his shell. Through her walking me through what to do, contacting me to see how its going and her positive words the whole time, she was the catalyst for this puppy's recovery. Our new puppy went from being scared of us, Peeing himself when we were near and hiding in corners, to comming when I call, snuggling with me and playing all day long with his toys and our other dogs. He went from being the most sad soul I have ever met and transformed into a goofy and silly sweet boy. I accredit this to Jenny's information and guidance. He was a very extreme situation and it took a different approach and a level of understanding to get him to the place he is in now. Jenny comes highly recommended by myself and I would use her for any of my dogs or for any future needs because she is absolutely amazing!!! She is compassionate, caring, patient and you can you can tell she loves dogs with every fiber of her being!!!

Absolutely. I'd keep it factual, specific, and pointed--that tends to hit harder in a Google review…read morethan sounding overly emotional. I brought my Pomeranian here for the final time today after giving this grooming salon multiple chances to provide basic, competent service. The first time, my dog was returned to me without an adequate sanitary trim, which ultimately resulted in feces becoming badly stuck and impacted in the fur around her backside. When I brought her back asking them to correct the issue, they refused and told me to take her to a veterinarian instead. The second time, I specifically explained when making the appointment that I would be in a major hurry and asked whether they would be able to take my dogs promptly at the scheduled time. I was assured they could. When I arrived, there was apparently no note about that conversation, no urgency whatsoever, and after waiting while an employee slowly went back and forth behind the counter for about 10 minutes, I was simply told, "Sorry, ma'am, you're just going to have to wait." I ended up leaving. Today was the last straw. My Pomeranian had some poop stuck in the fur around her bottom that had only recently started, and since she was due for a bath anyway, I made a grooming appointment. I was completely upfront about the issue. I explained it when making the appointment and again when I dropped her off. I spoke with two employees about it and was specifically told they could clean her up and perform a sanitary trim. Then, after I left, I received a phone call from Candace, the manager, telling me they were refusing to do it. Not only would they not perform the sanitary trim--they wouldn't even give my dog the bath I had brought her in for. I genuinely do not understand what the purpose of a professional dog grooming salon is if a small amount of feces in a long-haired dog's backside means they cannot even BATHE the dog. Cleaning and maintaining the sanitary area is one of the reasons owners bring long-haired dogs to professional groomers in the first place. My Pomeranian is an extremely valuable, well-cared-for dog, and I am very particular about her care. I wasn't asking them to treat a medical condition. I was asking a grooming salon to bathe my dog and clean/trim dirty fur after their employees had already told me they could do exactly that. After three separate experiences involving poor communication, inconsistent information, wasted trips, and an unwillingness to provide basic grooming services, I will not be bringing my dogs back to this location. If your groomers have limitations on what they will handle, customers need to be told that BEFORE they make the appointment and leave their dog--not after.

I looked up dog walking services yesterday on Yelp and was impressed by Abi's website. Very professional. I called and she was able to come meet Chewy right away. My place of work through me under the bus with this traveling thing, but Colorado Peak Puppy helped me take care of my dog. Chewy will be seeing Abi regularly as well because there are times I play in a softball league after work. I no longer have to leave Chewy alone for 14 hours. Abi can take care of him in the afternoon and he'll get his exercise for the day. I recommend this to anyone. In addition, most recently, I recommended Colorado Peak Puppy to a friend and they have had such a great experience with Abi. Abi is dependable and that is sometimes hard to find in small businesses these days. My friend backs up everything I just said and is impressed with her dog's improved behavior since Abi has been walking her. My friend states that Abi must be doing a little training while on the walks. I am not saying this would be true for all dogs, but I truly believe Abi has dogs' best interest at heart.

This was a stark contrast to a "professional trainer" (I will NEVER do business with nor recommend Canine Dimensions, particularly Summer Rhodes) who basically told me: (1) my puppy's behavior was beyond unnatural, and (2) I was not the right person for this dog, which was devastating to hear.
