Very disappointing. They did show up on time but lied that my Washingtonian Fan Palms were "hybrid" and raised the price to $50/tree. I've been getting my STANDARD fan palms done for $45 for 11 years. Hybrids have orange thorns. Mine have the standard green thorns. I reluctantly agreed, just to get it done. They just completed pruning 18 Cypress Trees before reseeding. Alex came a couple of days after I called. His price was reasonable and they are worth every penny I paid them. They cleaned up well. Alex's dad, Nelson, does the actual pruning. He is a perfectionist and proud of his work - a diminishing quality. He worked almost 9 hours straight in the early October heat wave. They pruned these Cypress trees and many Pittosporum bushes earlier this year. I wrote a Yelp review but under Alex Tree Service - the same as Alex Tree Care. Here is that review. A few months ago, they trimmed 18 Cypress trees in our yard - they are perfectionists - the trees were at different heights and widths, many had branches sticking out from winds, and some needed to be wired.
