Dr. Glatt definitely has some great reviews but when it comes to breast augmentation I wouldn't…read morerecommend him for this ! He did my wife's surgery two times and both surgeries are a complete failure and now it's going to cost twice as much as the original surgery because the positioning of the implants were put in the wrong spot and he used no mesh as recommended by 4 other surgeons in New York and stretched the skin terribly... Now she is mentally distraught and so upset that it has really made her life difficult dealing with this botched surgery .. we gave him every opportunity to correct the problem before having to go elsewhere !! Just be careful and ask a lot of questions !! Dr. Glatt would definitely not be a good choice for a breast-lift or a mastoplexy surgery based upon our terrible surgical results with Dr.Glatt .

My journey began in March 2019 when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer. After my mastectomy…read moresurgery in April 2019, Dr Valerie Ablaza from The Plastic Surgery Group performed the 1st phase of my reconstruction surgery with the insertion of breast expanders. I recently had the 2nd phase of my reconstruction done, by having the expanders replaced with silicone implants, again performed by Dr Ablaza. Going into surgery for the 2nd time, I felt such peace, knowing that Dr Ablaza would be there. Her calm & compassionate demeanor quieted my fears, which made all the difference for me. As an added bonus, Teresa Hartman, PA-C, assisted Dr Ablaza with my surgery. I have come to know Teresa thru my numerous visits the Plastic Surgery Group. Teresa has personally attended to me. You will never find a more friendly & gentle soul than Teresa. Her smile is contagious, lights up the room & makes a dreary day bright. When I saw Teresa enter the Operating Room, my morning was complete! The passion, warmth, care & support of Dr Ablaza during one of the most devastating traumas of my life, was a cornerstone of my successful reconstruction & the beautiful amazing outcome. I look in the mirror & feel like my old self again. I am so amazed at how my reconstruction looks. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think it would look so great! Dr Ablaza captured my vision & executed that vision to perfection. I cannot begin to express my gratitude, appreciation & satisfaction with Dr Ablaza, Teresa & the entire staff of The Plastic Surgery Group & The Surgical Center. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctors. You are ALL a compassionate, friendly, devoted, supportive & highly competent staff. Each & everyone of you are courteous, professional & made my visits there as comfortable as you possibly could. The best team of medical staff you'll ever meet. I am so endlessly happy that I chose this practice for my reconstruction. I would highly, highly recommend The Plastic Surgery Group in Montclair, New Jersey. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH. YOU ARE ALL PHENOMENAL.

Thank you for reading. I would've given this place a 10 star rating if it was possible. I visited…read morethe Wise Center on October 17th, 2019, for a Consultation. I suffer from rosacea, which has caused certain portions of my face to look weathered (Only word that comes to mind). I must say that I was taken back by the professionalism of the entire staff. The staff was very welcoming and in all honesty made me feel super comfortable being that I am not a huge fan of any medical center (sorry male here). Staff member(s) took photos of my face. I was than escorted to a separate room where my options were explained to me in detail. All my concerns were addressed. Although there is no cure for rosacea, the staff offered Different variations of treatment to help reduce the redness and inflammation on my face which was very noticeable. After choosing a treatment I was shocked to learn that treatment that we chose was surprisingly affordable. After a few minutes I was led to a different room to began my treatment. I was again put at ease by the professionalism of the staff as they again explained step by step what to except as the procedure began. The staff held a full conversation with me during my procedure which made my time there seem to go a lot faster. During the Procedure my face responded extremely well to the treatment that was chosen. Majority of the redness and small bumps around my nose area were cut by more than 1/2. To the entire staff, thank you! You treated me extremely well although I was running late.

This review is based on my experience with Mayra. I have never met with Dr. Wise. Mayra was nice at…read morefirst and then was very rude for no reason. She was very judgmental, made me feel more insecure than I already was, and was dismissive and spoke down to me. I very much got the impression that she only cared about making money than her patients. I do not recommend receiving services from her. There are many other NP's who are highly qualified and have great bedside manner. The staff there are also very unprofessional. I'm not sure if they are nurses or medical assistants, but they were watching tik toks in the hallway with the volume blasting and running up and down the hallway giggling. It was very childish and I was shocked that's how they were acting in their place of work. Overall, I did not have a good experience here.

After being a patient of Image Dermatology for over 3 years, I am saddened to write this review. I…read morehave been a patient of Megan and always found her to be a thorough and professional provider. I've had some recent concerns and called the office to schedule an appointment with Dr. Downie as she had closer availability. I received TWO text message confirmations for my appointment prior to and one email confirmation ( all attached below). I arrived to my appointment today and was told they " couldn't find my appointment", that I could be seen however there were 6 people ahead of me which would result in over an hour and a half wait before I was seen. I expressed to the office that while I anticipated a wait, 1.5 hours was well beyond an acceptable wait time. I am an understanding person and have no problem waiting 30 minutes beyond my appointment time, even 45 minutes if there is an emergency however, 1.5 hours is nothing but a reflection of poor office management. Additionally, as my appointment was confirmed but somehow not coming up in the system, I asked for reasonable accommodations from the office. I did everything correct as a patient : I confined my appointment, I arrived early to my appointment and remained respectful in communicating my concerns. I requested, as the error was on the office and not myself, to be seen later today at 3:30. Again, reasonable accommodation request considering I showed the office proof that my appointment was confined by their system. The only options provided to me were to see Megan on another day and time or to see Dr. Downie during her next open appointment which was at 5:00 pm today. When I expressed that 5pm didn't not work as I needed to head to work that time, I was offered to come at my requested 3:30pm time and wait 1.5 hours to be seen... so still 5:00pm. Very unprofessional and quite frankly rude. I'm not sure about this office, but I'm sure in business and healthcare, when a error is made by the practice, it is then their responsibility to fix the error without additional inconvenience to the patron. Late appointments are cancelled and cancelled appointments result in a $100 fee so there is a communicated expectation of respecting the doctors time, however this same expectation of respect for time is not given to patients. I gave this dermatologist office two stars purely for Megan, however this practice has lost me and my future additional referrals as a client.
