We arrive just in our 15 min time frame. The lady initially gave us 2 people each but then moved the person doing pedicure after she started because another customer walked in. The person said they had to pick up their child. So did we. We were late. Apparently beverages were complimentary but we weren't asked and not was there a menu. The ladies doing the actual work were nice but the management is horrible. They drinks sucked and their coffee was disgusting. They too busy trying to just grab money to actually invest in the customer experience. It was shit. If I just wanna go to a mani pedi with all the extras the places in other places do the same job for a cheaper price tag. If I'm paying money as a customer I wanna see what I'm paying for. Any other questions I had about pricing for the length, shape, color, and design were answered thoroughly, so I knew exactly what I was paying for before we started. For reference, I asked for acrylic French tip nails. Presented in the photos, I got acrylic nails, Natural 1 base ($50), with white gel French tips ($15). I also got tips added to my natural nails, but there was no additional charge since I did not get them super long. For shape I chose narrow square, which also did not cost extra. Total was $65, plus tip. Ruby was very intentional throughout the entire appointment and took her time. She was careful with my nail prep, did not nick/cut me at all, made sure I liked the length of my extensions, asked which base color I preferred, and did a sample French tip on the nail first to make sure the French tip design was exactly how I wanted it before continuing on. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with how my nails turned out and with my entire experience. Finding a new nail salon after going to the same place for years made me nervous, but Ruby and everyone at Milano made the experience easy and comfortable.
