Sometimes you just have to keep trying new techs because they all work different. Pointy and chunky is just not to my liking. So don't bash the techs just because you don't like it. When I arrived I was sat immediately. Being that this was midday on a Wednesday it wasn't full at all. I saw this location had lots of great reviews so I decided to come. After years of not getting my nails done, here I am. The tech asked if I had any inspo pics and I showed her exactly what I wanted. I asked her if she could do it and she said absolutely. While she got the idea...she did not execute! She was very nice and so was the other staff but my nails are not the way I thought they'd be. Even the shape on a couple of them are not good. While I don't expect perfection, I needed them to be better than they are. Also, why are they point up?! To be clear, during the process I kept saying "I'm not sure about that." "Is it supposed to look like that." And she kept telling me to wait for the finished product. I am so disappointed. I wish I could get them removed.

I needed a quick pedicure and decided to stop by to see if there were any changes in the business with the new management. I had a gift card that i received for my birthday last year that I still had some funds left. Since I never received notice of new management, although i've been coming here since 2010, I had no way of knowing that my gift card had been deactivated with the changes. Looks like i was completely removed from the system. It would've have been nice to receive some notice and some grace as a long time customer, but i was only offered a few dollars off which doesn't matter once you add a tip. But I'm glad i came today because I know now that I will not be returning, especially since my favorite nail techs left to go to other shops(thankfully i found most of them already).
