Prior to putting a deposit, we had met with Alex and his team at their Pasadena office to look at additional samples/porfolios. We also broke down the timeline of the wedding day, which they were willing to work with us on. We and our families/friends/relatives were extremely impressed with Alex and his team for our morning ceremony and night time reception. They were professionally suited with multiple cameras on them at all times. Alex kept constant communication with us the whole time to have us and our guests pose perfectly for the camera so that all the shots would come out the way we would want it to. At the same time, his team was constantly active in terms of capturing all the details of our day. In summary, they made sure they captured our most precious moments even if we did not know it. When we reviewed the photos, we were amazed as to every details that they captured as my wife and I were too busy doing our thing during the ceremony and reception. Everyone has fallen in love with their work (our pictures) after we had posted them on facebook. Even the non-touched-up (unedited) pictures came out perfect. Alex and his team did an awesome job for my engagement photos and my wedding, honestly Alex was almost like a wedding coordinator the way he helped smooth the way for our big day! He even sewed the button back on my husbands jacket when he popped it off by accident, which was a lifesaver (makes me laugh thinking about it). His pricing was beyond reasonable and he was more than willing to be flexible with hours to accommodate my Chinese/Western mixed wedding scheduling (vow ceremony/tea ceremony in the morning with a break in between before reception). He is a perfectionist and is dedicated in taking the perfect shot, just be patient with the "one more" and you will end up with some lovely pictures as a result :D We liked him so much we hired him for maternity photos as a gift to my sister-in-law and her husband for their first baby and they had nothing but great things to say about him as well.
