Silvie was a pleasure to work with! Easy going and the experience truly felt like a friend was taking pictures of us. It was my first time taking professional photos and we wanted to do family/maternity photos with our 3 dogs. She was very patient helping us navigate how to pose/body positioning/best lighting, etc. On top of that, I mentioned that I might want to have the pictures fairly soon to print some out for my baby shower at the end of the week and she worked on getting the edited photos back to me by the next day! Highly recommend! read more

Beautiful newborn and maternity photos, wonderful experience! We were pretty nervous going into the newborn photo shoot, not knowing how our little girl was going to behave, and unsure of how well the photos would turn out. When we got in the studio with Silvie, we very quickly saw her experience in action. You can see that she's done this a million times, so nothing surprises her, nothing phases her, and she delivers great work no matter what. During the shoot, we worked through diaper changes, unexpected bathroom moments, and still ended up with incredible photos that will look great on our wall. She also did a great job of taking our desires to have more minimalist and elegant pictures and turning them into beautiful shots. On top of that, we even got some behind the scenes photos and videos to capture the experience! We also did our maternity shoot with Silvie, and had a similarly fantastic experience! She helped us pick a location that was beautiful, and gave us the kind of shots that we were looking for. While we were there, she made us feel comfortable and helped us get a variety of shots, while giving us instructions on how to pose that were easy to follow and made the shots look more natural. We ended up with more absolutely STUNNING photos than we could've expected going in. We cannot recommend working with Silvie highly enough! read more

Had such an amazing experience working with Sylvie and her assistant for our newborn photo shoot. I was worried having our little one's picture taken was going to be impossible because she is always super fussy, but we were so amazed at how professional and amazing Sylvie was working with a newborn . Silvie and her husband were such a pleasure to work with!!! I found Silvie off of Instagram and decided to send her an email to find out more about pricing and other details. She responded so quickly and was really flexible with her schedule so I decided to book an engagement session with her :) On the day of the photoshoot, we were a little nervous because my fiancé and I have never really done a photoshoot with a professional photographer before. Both Silvie and her husband, who was her assistant, were honestly so friendly and pleasant and made us both feel so comfortable. We didn't want our photos to be too "posed" and they totally understood us which we loved! Silvie did have ideas though and gave us suggestions of what to do which was definitely helpful :) Overall, it was such a pleasant experience.
