My husband and I got married on October 10, 2025, at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas. As you may recall, it rained quite heavily around that time. We were supposed to have an outdoor wedding, but due to the rain, we ended up having an indoor ceremony. However, Sam Fu is a very considerate photographer. He planned his shooting schedule so that we could take our first look photos while the weather was still good, before it started raining at the outdoor venue where our floral arch and decorations were set up. He also took us around the hotel to take many gorgeous photos! No matter if it's an indoor or outdoor shot, a portrait or landscape, a close-up or full-size shot, you will be amazed by his gorgeous compositions. He will guide you through all the motions when you're lost, and everything will turn out very well when you see the photos! As we naturally have emotions and feelings, we tend to want to capture the special moments in our…read morelives. Josh did a remarkable job shooting my engagement and wedding pictures. I'm not a natural model so I didn't know how to pose. I was new and my body was not used to being in front of the camera naturally. But every step of the way, Josh was there being patient and guiding me. For the engagement pictures, due to Josh's expertise and experience, he knew where to go for the best pictures. But if you already have a list of places you want to go, he is open and willing to go to them. To give you an idea of the places he has in his pocket, he took me to Santa Monica Beach and the Venice Beach Canals (who doesn't get their pictures here, right?). But the kicker was this beautiful nature park that literally looked like a rain forest! As for the big wedding day, Josh was the first person there capturing moments from beginning to end. He also had a partner with him to ensure everything was caught. He knew what to do and what type of pictures to take. There were several moments when he told me to do something and thought to myself, "Oh yeah! That's right. I see those wedding pictures all the time!" I just felt bad for him and his partner because they couldn't sit down and eat. They must have been hungry from running around all day! Now as I reflect back and write this, it's been an unforgettable year full of joy and blessings. I appreciate the big moments in my life, but I realize the little moments are just as valuable, something we neglect when we are younger. I got…read moremarried October 2021 & we got our pictures almost a whole year after, like the end of September 2022 & the video they sent it days or a couple of weeks after the pictures. i couldn't help but to feel so disappointed in Jose's turn around time. I am not happy with my pictures to be honest...for the amount of time it took for us to get our pictures, I would think there would be photoshop/ editing of imperfections,people,background stuff etc. and there was none. We reached out to Jose a couple months after our wedding to check in, and see when we would receive our pics & video, and we kept getting the run around. I understand life happens, but I would also see him booking other photoshoots and just wondered when we would receive our pictures . We never got a sneak peak of our pictures either. We reached out a couple more times and as mentioned we would get push back/told to wait so we would, thinking he would come through. It wasn't until my husband messaged him telling him to reimburse us because it was taking too long, it took for us to send that message & Jose all of a sudden had our pictures ready. When I went through the pictures I was so disappointed. I felt like editing was rushed and noticed many things you think he'd edit out or fix. I think only the lighting on some pictures was adjusted because we asked for our money back, he just sent the pictures how they were or did a few lighting adjustments. Some pictures are darker than others. They took so long and I expected perfection thinking that because they took long he was really working on them smh. It's been 2 years since I've been married and just to put it out there I don't have any of my wedding pictures printed or hanging on my walls. And 2 years after I am still bothered over my pictures. I didn't even want to post or share my pictures on social media because it was a whole year after my wedding that I got them. We ended up booking a photographer out in Greece for our 1yr anniversary because I wanted a redo for my wedding pictures & although I am not in my wedding dress those are the ones I love & have up. So sadly, I haven't and won't recommend Jose to friends & family.

But aaaanyways, despite their "boss" cancellation of the planned shoot, the ladies on that afternoon were very considerate of taking our engagement photo shoot in the studio. We didn't bad mouth their boss to them but they did an awesome job with our engagement shoot. She had it set up perfectly for the invitations and save the dates... and also for poster decorations on our venue. The process was fast and easy. If we had known more poses and ideas, we would've told them but they were just our last minute plan if the worst case scenario happens, which it did.
