This cleaning service was very disappointing. We used them twice and they just didn't do a good…read morejob. I have several issues. One being the quality of the work. It wasn't well done. In my picture was what i swept from the kitchen floor about five minutes after they left. Secondly they forgot to clean an entire bathroom. I had to call them to come back. Thirdly I had originally had three bedrooms included in the quote, when they came, i had to work in one of the rooms so i asked them not to clean it, they wouldn't take it off of the price. The fourth thing is that they thought i didn't speak Spanish and were talking trash the whole time. They were obviously upset when they had to come back and clean the bathroom they forgot but they didn't know i could understand them. Before that, when i was speaking with the boss over the phone to pay by card they were speaking in Spanish (thinking i couldn't understand) saying i needed to add a tip on their for them. The boss never translated that to me bc he was more professional but they kept saying it trying to get him to tell me to add their tip. I will never use them again. It was a waste of 200.00. If i wasn't short on time i would have definitely tried to find a more professional service. I didn't even mention the part where one of the cleaners tried to get us to book her outside of the company but then got caught when my husband called the company phone number to confirm our appointment and then she tried to blame US for it?? Im so confused by them. Please take your money somewhere else! They did nothing for us but take our money.

I went to get an estimate and book online, but after completing all the information and answering all of the questions, it errored out forcing me to email for a quote and to schedule. There were days of back and forth emails with complicated explanations about various shifts and workers arriving at different times. Nothing was easy about this process. I finally scheduled and was hoping the clean would redeem the booking process. The staff member arrived on time and was super friendly. It was clear she was working hard and wanted to do a good job. She did ask me for several supplies, which surprised me, as I hadn't experienced that before and wouldn't have anticipated. I had work meetings during the latter part of her cleaning. When I was done, I discovered that she had needed even more supplies, so had to call a family member to bring them and then had that person help finish up. This meant she let someone into my home when I was unaware and potentially not employed by the company. Very alarming. Afterwards, I inspected the work and found some of it was well done and other parts were not. She told me she couldn't do the shower because she didn't have the appropriate supplies. The floors were not done well at all and we had to go back and clean them ourselves. The owner followed up to ask how things went and if we'd like to schedule regular cleanings. I relayed our experience, asking if I should expect to provide supplies and if the shower would be handled at the next visit. I never heard from them again.

I had high hopes for this company…read more.. A 3 person team showed up to do an initial deep clean of our 2 bedroom 2 bath single story house. We have no pets and minimal stuff/furniture. We always pick up so the cleaners can focus on deep cleaning and not shuffling paper and the such. After about 2.5 hours the main person came to knock on my office door to let me know they were almost done. A few minutes later I noticed they were all walking back to their car. I ran out after them asking if we could do a walk-through. The main person replied "Most peoples just trust us but a second pair of eyes never hurts." We checked the guest bathroom and there was a large, black scuff mark that was about 4 inches thick and 6 inches wide. I asked if they had cleaned the tub and the main person said that her helper had told her she cleaned it and that this mark must be permanent. I reached under my sink, took out a blue non-stick sponge, wet it with water, got into the tub with my bare feet and easily removed the black mark. ??? Did that helper even try?? I called the office and was told: "We don't like to make excuses but the main person as a trainer as this was a new team and they were being trained." I went ahead and paid over the phone feeling confused and disappointment. Being trained? So apparently the main person is supposed to be a mentor and training the new team... and yet she did not double check their work and just "trusts" the new team will do a good job or knows how to do a good job. Well, they didn't. They left a dirty tub. After I got off the phone with the office and the team had left I walked around the house with a more critical eye and found they also didn't dust the top of the fans, which I specifically asked them to do. They left cobwebs all over the living room mirror. And they didn't scrub the stove top (see image attached). And all this cost me $227.33!!! They say they guarantee their work... the office certainly didn't try to offer a re-do. I am incredibly disappointment and can not recommend this company.

Swept made booking online super easy, I didn't even have to call or request a quote, you can do it right off their website. On top of that, Swept called the day before to confirm the appointment (very nice) and check if there was anything else I needed to notify the cleaners of before they got there. As a matter of fact, I completely forgot to tell them that the gate isn't near the leasing office, so it's a good thing they reached out to me! The day of, they called and offered to have the team come earlier, if I wanted. I had a meeting at noon so this actually worked out fantastically. I wasn't home at the time, and they very patiently waited for me to get there. Michelle is a wonderful person, and could tell I am the talkative type so we had a great conversation while she was working. The cleaning itself was fantastic and the whole place was absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend them.

The girl who answered our call, I think her name is Yvette, she gave us a quote immediately after asking about house dimension etc and she has the next day available. We booked the move out/move in cleaning service and the next day 2 ladies came in with all equipments. Our electricity hasn't turned on at that time and ladies were very understanding and they cleaned everything else first. The service took about 4 hours and we left during the 2nd half. When we came back the house was sparkling clean!!! They hit all the spots that we asked them to. And gosh!! The bathrooms are squeaky clean as if it's a newly built house. Overall, we had a great experience with Susy Q. Didn't get the chance to ask the ladies names' but they're very professionals and friendly.
