I love Aldi, but the manager and register lady were unprofessional and rude--the second time, I got treated like garbage. I will never shop at this location again. I respect people and they decide that screaming is normal to them. Please also train your staff. Do not shop here unless you want to be treated like a child. read more

Any time I'm in a hurry for groceries, I go to aldi. Even when there's a line it goes quickly. The store is small enough that you can get down every isle in less than 10 minutes and there's always something new from Germany to try. They have a great selection of home goods and seasonal items so if you see something you like, buy it then. Wine, beer and chocolate are always available in abundance. This aldi doesn't have a good selection of organic food, I'm assuming because it isn't bought often enough in this area. The aldi on coral way is bigger and has a better produce section so when I'm doing a full shopping, I go there. For easy stuff, this aldi is fine. read more

While using the self checkout lane, there was an issue with the scale. One of the employees came over to see if I needed assistance. I paid for the order and left the store. When I got where I was going, I realized I left my wallet there. I returned to the store and the person who helped me out, said that he found my wallet. The prices here are good better than fair. But sometimes the quality of the products is not. Especially the bread, it tends to get moldy faster and the same with the fruits. read more

This is one of the more modern locations with lots of selection of vegetables. The place is a nice size allowing you to get in and out quickly. They had lots of stock (including wine!) and I especially liked the smaller packages of lean ground beef that you could purchase. Staff was friendly too. read more

Aldi is one of those great grocery stores when it comes to buying fresh items perfectly suitable for your shopping list at a very affordable price. While they don't offer all the items that can replace a full trip to the grocery store; their variety always promotes me to try a new item that I previously haven't sampled. The produce tends to age rather quick so if you're not using it immediately then I suggest storing it in Tupperware and freezing it. The middle section of the store offers outdoor goods perfect for Florida which is quite useful. The items are all priced very low which are perfect when you need to stretch that dollar to make your purchases count. Be sure to bring a quarter for the cart which you will get back when you return it. Also, this is definitely the spot to bring your reusable grocery bags because they don't bag it for you on the way out. read more

I love coming to Aldi! They always have a great selection of food at an affordable price. A lot of the brands sold here are not found in other local grocery stores because Aldi sells European brands. However, I have found many items to taste almost the same as well known brands. I tend to buy fruits the most, and they also have a good wine selection too. Aldi usually gets pretty busy but the cashiers are usually really quick at checkout. Be prepared though it does get crowded and sometimes difficult to move around with your carts. They also have a different system for their shopping carts so come prepared and bring a quarter. In order to get a shopping cart you must insert a quarter which you get back at the end once it's placed with the other carts. They always have an aisle which they stock up with different items such as candles, holiday decor, yoga supplies and sometimes even dog supplies. read more

Used to be good , lately the lines are longer , sometimes they're out of stock of many common products and I can tell the employees are unhappy. Some lady ( I don't know her position there, but I can tell she is more than a regular employee) was yelling at a cashier and ask the other one to go so literally there was a huge line and she ask one cashier to leave the register ??? No comments on that, and her behavior in front of the costumers . SUMMARIZING, go to another ALDI the one on Kendall it's way batter !!! read more

The hours are very inconvenient but aldi is like a mini mart. It's limited as to what there is but things are cheaper than a regular grocery every day. Keep in mind that they don't put things in bags like a normal grocery so you have to have your own or stack everything in the car and carry it out one or two things a t a time depending on what you bought. If you have a sweet tooth the desserts they have here are YUMMY. Example:they have a German chocolate that is super delicious (so delicious that I was eating a whole bar a day and the bars are the size of your hand and only $1.49). I did buy salmon once (cheaper than fresco y mas that day, don't know if fresco y mas has specials and then theirs is cheaper) but be careful because it still has fish bones in it. Incase you're wondering what they're prices are like I did post pictures of their newspaper for this week. They also have the greatest carbonated lemonade (which I was also buying everyday) but that's usually seasonal and everyone hunts it down. The only annoying part is entering and leaving the shopping center because the exit is part of a continuous right turn lane. Also if there's no parking in front if you're looking straight at subway to the right there's more. And tip for the cashier, If you want to see if there's a bar code on the bottom of a cake don't flip it over completely. There's also a quarter you place into a machine to get a cart but once you put the cart back it'll give you back the quarter so no worries. Also lines vary on the day and time you go. read more

For management, I asked a question to one of the cashiers, and she didn't understand, I said thanks,and left. Then as I am leaving she is yelling across the store; I was already by the exit door. Yelling is not a good practice when you're dealing with customers wether the customer is right or wrong. Same cashier tells her manager that was voiding my sale who cleaned and who didn't, she gave names and guess what? I know some workers at the store. Company business are done in private, gossip even more. You never know who the person on the other side of the register is. Same cashier, I am taking my car with groceries after I finished paying, and she says why are you taking the cart? Her tone of voice appeared to me like if I was taking a car without paying .25 cents I said I had one and pushed it near the wall so it's not on the way. I had 30 lbs of meat among other things.. How in the world I could've had that amount of groceries in my hands? In general the cashier needs some training in customer service. Needless to say the cashier was Hispanic, one can figure the nationality by the her "cultural approach" I was helped by a white kid several times, and he was FAST, and very polite, huge difference. We, Hispanics have to give ourselves a good name. The store products, I love it. read more

Place is always a mess and employees constantly park the pallet jacks on the middle of the aisle blocking customer access to products.

Good prices and Deals since Aldi markets its own brand prices are low and the quality of the products are very good. Unfortunately if you fall in love with a product there's a possibility that you will not find it again. I always get my fruits and vegetables from Aldi the prices are much cheaper than Costco or BJ's. read more

Parking is limited but free and in front of the store. To get the cart you must put in a quarter and when you return the cart you get the quarter back. The grocery's are Aldi brand products with the exception of some specials that are sometimes brand name but once they're sold it's gone. The fruit/vegetable section is great, fresh, organic, and cheap. Make sure you grab a box from the guys organizing because they do not give you bags here or you can bring your own bags too. They have a counter after the check out where you can place your groceries in boxes or bags before heading out. I haven't stepped foot in a Publix since I came here a few months ago everything is cheaper ALOT cheaper and the quality is good. The cut costs on employees picking up carts and bagging groceries even on bags! I always find what I need and in less time since it's only 5 isles it's very convenient and less fuss I don't even mind coming here on grocery day. My husband likes it too they have plenty of candy, chocolates, cheeses, and pastries. My new favorite store and I deff recommend Aldi to everyone. read more

Im the biggest ALDI fan. I love shopping here, this location has great customer service staff are always friendly and helpful and this location is usually clean and organized. I'm writing this review because I just had the best experience with a return, I purchased a product that I ended up not liking and LITERALLY no questions asked. I forgot to bring my receipt and they didn't even flinch. They took back the merchandise and gave me cash back for my purchase. EXCELLENT customer service! I will continue coming back for my weekly groceries. I wish more stores followed Aldis business approach. read more

Yes, not your average American grocery store. It is an European business model, which might not appeal to everyone. However, they have incredible prices. We get our berries and other fruits from here as well as produce, and pay half or less of the price at other nearby store. A big plus is there is no special deals or offers depending on the week you go, prices are always low! If you are looking to save some money on your groceries, you need to go here! The store hours are too limited. Today, a Sunday, I got to this store at 8 pm and the store was already closed. It was very frustrating because I just needed to buy one item and there were still several people paying. The manager (that's who he said he was) Adam Canales, would not let me in the store to get the one item. I understand that they want to go home and that Aldi is probably not big on paying overtime, but sometimes it's good customer service to be more lenient. read more

Pretty cheap prices for every day items but like others said, quite different from the typical supermarket. The quarter for the shopping cart was totally unexpected but at least you get it back if you place the cart where it belongs. No no no I probably won't go back. I hate the fact that I need a quater to use the shopping cart, yes you get it back when you return it but I am not up for this. The place itself reminds me of a dollar store. I am not a savvy shopper so I might not appreciate the savings they offer which according to my coworker are great. Aldi is a quick convenience grocery store with fresh produce as well as household items and groceries. They carry mainly off brand items, as well as some name brand, but virtually little selection (if any). On my first visit to this particular location, which is new, they did not have the item I was looking for but what bothered me was that there is no phone number listed for any Aldi location to even call and ask if an item is available before driving all the way there to find out. I asked if they had any more stock in the back and the young lady said no and when I asked if they could check another store she said her manager was busy. Wow ok so I guess we are not valued customers at this establishment. When I asked the same young lady if they had cranberries she said yes in the first aisle all the way to the end. Upon scanning the entire section they did not carry cranberries so either she is very misinformed or did not want to assist. Either way, not a good way to begin a new store. read more
