Aldi is a must store in the community where providing the best deals overall! Although it's affected by the inflation, still they give us the great prices for groceries and materials! I love getting groceries and some sweets there since the prices are reasonable and wallet friendly! I'm glad that this store is here and will continually come as long as I stay in this area! Twice the lies, not "twice as nice." They wouldn't even give me store credit to trade the absolutely disgusting chickpea pasta that says I'll get "a full refund" on the side of the box. I will NEVER shop here again. Their only reason to not give me ANYTHING is that Instacart "gave me the groceries." Well where did Instacart get the groceries in the first place? Plus, neither Instacart nor Aldi explicitly warns buyers that they can't return any groceries. More importantly, to not offer up anything when there's a "twice as nice" guarantee is ILLEGAL. False advertising. Or did some absurd law or deregulation end that? read more

Staff is rude and discourteous. I've been twice, first time ever stepping in, A female staff member approached me, and in a raised voice was scolding me in front of other customers about Aldi's being a private corporation. I was very embarrassed and confused. Second time I was chased out the door by a team member for the cart. The food selection and price seems decent, but not for the lack of professionalism, courtesy or customer service. I'd rather go to HEB or Walmart. Grand opening today and its beautiful! Much more open than other locations. It was crazy busy but to no fault of Aldi, I refused to use a cart, just schlepped a giant Costco bag on my 4'10" shoulders and squeezed my way through the crowds. Didn't try many samples bc I hated holding up the aisles but I got a taste of the orange juice and Iced coffee outside, they were both delectable. Also, all the employees I encountered were so happy and kind. I did spent $35 and walked out spending $30 after the $5 coupon I got in the mail for the grand opening (coupons are very rare for Aldi). This WILL be my shopping destination of choice. Number one, convenience, number two, fabulous prices and number three, I do enjoy the fact it's a smaller footprint and I can find what I want faster. They were giving out grocery bags for free (plastic) and the carts didn't have the 25c requirement for today. I thought that was smart of them considering the mad house a grand opening creates. All I wanted was several pounds of cherries and avocados. $137.00 later with only one shopping bag had to buy brown paper bags. Gluten free items are somewhat hard to find for baking purposes and these folks have them. Aisles are tight -- buggies won't glide easily. Will not buy fish from Russia, meh, but the chiller bandana for my pup and disc golf game were keepers along with mini ice cream treats. Parking lot full of trash and despicable for a not too old establishment. Buggies are put up due to .25 investment, brilliant idea. read more

I never really thought about going to these smaller markets for food before, always feeling like I was going to limit my selection of products and would still need to go to another market for the rest of my food supplies. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection here. Yes, they have less "things" to buy, but what they do have is pretty good and their prices were pretty great. I especially go here for their produce section as, often times, their fruit and veggies are priced a lot lower than the bigger super markets and seem to last fairly long in the fridge. With a toddler who devours fruit by the pounds, this was great! read more

I love Aldi for several reasons. Great prices, fresh produce, cheap sale items, tons of gluten free choices and lots of organic options. But what really makes this location shine are the people. Immediately after Harvey they brought it workers from corporate to open the store to sell food and water to our area. They had volunteers there bagging and everyone was so helpful, kind, accommodating and concerned. Another time my son picked up a few items off the ground and returned them to the shelf and an employee spotted him and thanked him and gave him a coupon. It may not have everything you need during your grocery trip, but what it does have is affordable and fresh. And I love the convince. read more

I swear we went to Aldi almost once everyday because we needed something quick for the quicks too frequently. It was either orange juice for breakfast, milk or cookies. Whatever the case was we were always driving here plus my sister's house is super close to this location of Aldi. Don't complain or fill out the online survey. It's not worth it. Nice clean store but customer service is lacking. When I filled out the survey on the receipt, the corporate customer service responded indicating I needed to call. I did. I've now spent way too much time and was on hold even longer while they reviewed my concern. The CSR recited their return policy twice letting me know I was incorrect. Their return policy is complicated and the store didn't try to explain it. Maybe because it's complicated. If they had I would not have wasted my time. It's sad because I like ALDI. All told this whole process has taken way too much time. Lesson learned on my part. read more

This place is a great neighborhood grocery store, almost like a convenience store right in front of Cross Creek Ranch. Prices are up to 50% cheaper than Kroger and most of their brands are great quality. They offer a double guarantee so if you don't like a product they will give you your money back AND the cost of the product as a credit to buy another store brand product. Only concern is some of the produce doesn't last for many days and some products on shelf are near expiration. People in Cross Creek complaining about this store are stuffy and should go pay twice as much at Kroger and shut up. read more

I went here once on my way home to pick up some needed items and I will never set foot in this place again. What a waste of space for a "food market". I needed a cart, I didn't have money on hand. Who charges for carts theses days? I felt like I was at an amusement park trying to get a stroller for my daughter. All I needed were some basic items that even Walgreens or CVS carries...and they were no where to be found BIG fail. NOT convenient, NO value and terrible experience. I have been looking forward to having a corner grocery store just outside our neighborhood. I envisioned riding my bike to this place or running in after work just to grab some fresh produce for dinner. I was hoping that this "Aldi" place that was opening was going to fill that space. ...I was soooo very wrong. That is the sorriest excuse for a grocery store I have ever been in. Its like buying food from a vending machine, but your in the vending machine! Everything is wrapped in cellophane and already going bad. They just opening on the 6th and its a sad depressing place, the few people who are working are on auto pilot, like they are told not to engage with the customers, and the cashier are sitting in office chairs! I feel like I need to take a shower now to scrub the mediocre, zombie, low quality, fast food experience off me. They make Walmart look like the Epicurean market! What a disaster. read more
