Jean and Patti, who work in the deli and bakery, are kind, friendly, patient, and hard-working I shop here weekly with my mom, who is blind. She can't cook at home, so we like to buy food from the hot deli. They have a variety of options and they all taste wonderful and homemade. They also have delicious options for holidays. I've ordered meals for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and birthdays, and I've always been impressed. My only complaint about this store is the parking lot sucks. I usually park at the far end of the Sendik's customer parking lot if there's a spot available or I park in the parking lot across the street that's on the other side of the store.

The big draw is the higher quality organic fruits and vegetables. Also, a good selection of high quality meats and seafood. The only downside is their prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores but it is a good trade off given a large selection of specialty items that are harder to find in other stores, including, Fresh Thyme, and Whole Foods. Plenty of parking and quick in and out for the most part. Outpost Natural Food has become a regular stop for the wife and I when looking for organic produce. -- If you have not been to Outpost before, you should definitely check it out. Lots of unique specialty item for sale. Also, it's good to support CO-OP stores like this. They add greatly to the local community.

They don't have an actual floral department, but they had flowers in several locations and I would what I needed. They have a full service meat department, which I like to see. Had the community been informed of this, it would have explained the baron shelves but we were not told. Signs went up that said "we appreciate your support during these difficult times". That was deceptive from the previous owner. They just stopped purchasing inventory. So I would like to see the negative people who commented revisit the store under the new ownership and update your review. Piggly Wiggly is here to stay and better than ever. Plenty of parking in the dedicated parking lot was nice. The place is more like a fresh market and has more than produce with fresh seafood, fresh produce, limited pre cooked items, fresh meat, dry/can goods etc etc. The produce is arranged farmers market style with baskets that have a price on the along with bins of individual produce, most is in baskets too large for me with good prices and bad for a mix and match person but I did get 3 pounds of baby plums for $2. I liked the variety of the produce and the prices but I don't want 3 pounds of multiple items each to make work lunch salads and fruit snacks, this works more for families than individuals so I was limited with today's experience. I like the concept but it's not for me and to the one employee who passed me and said hi, your cool.
