I ate the double chocolate truffle, so rich, dark and decadent, and then followed it up with raspberry pate de fruit which was bright, sparkling and REALLY popped compared to the richness of the chocolate. The sourdough dark chocolate pretzels are something I personally could eat an entire bag of, so they're plenty dangerous and could be paired with beer, whisky or your favorite cocktail easily. Soft carmel was chewy but only JUST chewy enough where I didn't feel like I'd have to go to the dentist to get my fillings redone like some carmels I'm legit afraid of. The white chocolate raspberry ganache truffle was smooth and creamy like how you picture white chocolate. The hint of raspberry lingers around at the end of the flavor - for those who love raspberry I could even seen that getting punched up a little. The Arc de Triomphe (get it, the name is French?!!) is the peanut butter truffle. It's a souped-up Reese's on steroids.
