People act like it's the second coming of Christ in a hoagie roll. I've seen people wear merch for this thing. MERCH. I saw a grown man get emotional describing it once. So I said, "Fine. Instead, I'm handed a lukewarm carb coffin stuffed with dry, joyless chicken tenders and lettuce that looked like it had been emotionally neglected. I got sauce. I GOT SAUCE. It was still so dry I almost pulled a muscle trying to swallow it. You know what it tasted like? Sadness. I can usually go in pick up my produce, salmon, cooking oil, toiletries, and browse the seasonal offerings and get quickly out of the store utilizing the self checkout line. I'm thrilled that there is self check out because the line can get long because there's usually only 1 staffed register open. There are usually more self checkout lines so that really helps speed up the check out process. Store is well lit and has wide aisles! I have found that the store tends to run out of produce and goods later in the day so I would recommend going early. Like the saying goes early bird gets the worm.

One casually dropped an F-bomb after telling me that I needed to end a call with my elderly mother who was just trying to find me in the store before she would process my return. Thankfully, Chelsea, the Whole Foods manager, completely turned things around. She was kind, apologetic, and explained that the Amazon Returns operation is managed separately from the Whole Foods grocery team. Even though it wasn't her department, she took the time to make things right and provided outstanding customer service. The Amazon Returns team should probably remember they're at work, not at a social gathering.

Ropa Vieja- 4/5- The meat was tasty and tender, the yellow rice was a bit stale and the sweet plantains were perfectly fried. Tip: I was able to fix the rice by putting it in a bowl and adding a little water to it and then covering with a paper towel. This softened it up. Spaghetti and Meatballs- 4/5- The small size was perfect for my son but it contained peppers inside. He was not a fan. I thought it was good but if you don't like peppers in your food maybe stay clear of this one. Acapurria- 4/5- I received it cold as if it has been sitting out. The other items I ordered were hot upon arrival so this too should have been hot. It was tasty and greasy as you can tell from the bag in the picture.
