It is open to the public and it does get super busy in the afternoon so I would try to get there early. The parking lot is a little tight to pull into, but not terrible. Inside you will find huge items in bulk and all your groceries store essentials. Also the have wholesale items and all kinds of international stuff to make different cuisines, plus containers, plating, etc..
