Chris, the owner, was straightforward, professional, and very hands-on throughout the entire project. What impressed me most was that he worked right alongside his crew every day and appeared to work just as hard as anyone on the team. The crew consistently arrived just before 7:00 AM, but never started work early out of consideration for us and our neighbors. They were dependable, communicative, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Another thing that really stood out was how clean and organized they kept the job site. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned the area around our home, swept the sidewalks, and carefully searched for nails and debris. Chris was also very accurate and honest with his estimates. He explained upfront that any damaged wood replacement would be additional because it's impossible to know the extent of hidden damage ahead of time. In our case, there was a significant amount of dry rot and insect damage, but all of the extra woodwork still came in well within the estimated range he had provided.
