Every time after that I felt I was inconveniencing the owner to start the tanning bed for me. She was always rude to the point she barely acknowledged me. Don't offer tanning if it doesn't make you enough money to care about your customers. The first time I made an appointment because it was necessary due to covid no one was even there. I waited 30 minutes then left. She gave me an extra session to make up for it but it just dragged out my time there and I'm glad I'm done now.
