I have been a loyal client for over 4 years, I've seen the same hairdresser for that entire time…read more For 4 years, I have come in once every 3 months for a cut and color. My last service had issues that warranted a correction, my stylist was more than happy to go ahead and make the necessary corrections to my hair. Unfortunately the correction she made faded within two weeks time. I called to see if I could come in and have her look at my hair and see why it faded so quickly and what we could do to make a more permanent solution to the corrections she made. The owner reached out to me Instead. I was told I was aggressive. She didn't like my tone and when I explained to her that was my personality I have a sharp tone I'm also very direct, but by no means was I disrespectful. I'm just a to the point kind of gal. The service I received was garbage. The work that was done was lazy and it was giving Great Clips quality. I'm sorry those facts hurt your feelings, but charging someone over $300 you'd expect from a "high-end salon" better service. I was cut off, my personality and character were criticized, I was judged, and then I was told that she is cutting all ties and I'm not allowed to come back to her salon. She then graciously wanted to throw in she'll refund me. In 2026 people have problems paying rent, getting quality medical policies, and feeding their child, luxuries like hair and nails are not something that women are prioritizing anymore. Lindsay (Owner) if you see this message, I hope it humbles you because the clients that grace you with their presence and utilize your services are what keep your business afloat. You just took a 4+ year client away from a senior stylist now I'm sure my $300 every three months isn't going to damage her pocketbook, but have enough transactions like that and it will. My suggestion to you would be to work on your conflict resolution, because it's garbage-- much like you management skills :) Have the day you deserve

There is also a bar downstairs that I could wait in, but opted to browse the magazines for a hairstyle while Paige finished up with her previous client. When Paige was available she introduced herself and let me know that she would be with me in just a moment as she just finished with a client and needed to tidy up her station. Not even 5 mins past and she was ready for me. Paige was awesome!!! She asked tons of questions about my style and hair. She really wanted to make sure that she got it right and it showed! My regular salon closed during covid so I had to find a new one. Was looking for a gentle perm and cut... only a couple places in town even do perms ‍. Kayla got me right in within a couple days and she did an amazing job! So hard to trust new stylists but she made sure to talk everything through with me before doing anything (which is surprisingly hard to find!). She did a really cute perm with two different size rods and alternating directions in order to make it look natural and cut it to a pixie style exactly how I wanted. She was thorough and very gentle on my hair, which I appreciated since I just had a baby 4 months ago and am currently in the "shedding" phase. Go see Kayla, you won't regret it!
