We called the number on the reservation and Chef Jade answered saying that she'd forgotten about the class and had just left the area. She didn't offer to turn around, and we just asked for a refund instead. She said that she would reimburse my money through Zelle. It has now been 5 months, we've called her a handful of times to remind her, and she claims to have reimbursed, and that she'll double check. After a while she just stopped answering our calls and wouldn't return our voicemails. To this day we've not seen our $100.
