I HIGHLY suggest you not book here! Over 10 years ago I had booked what was my wedding ceremony and reception . We had a large guest list but the gentlemen we worked with assured us they'd be able to accommodate our exceptionally large group. We did the tours, had a few walk throughs, signed the contract, put our deposit then when I was going to make my final payment (in person) the gentlemen that was helping us was not there but instead it was a very young rude girl. She denied that we ever booked a reception and that she only had us down for a ceremony. I freaked out being our wedding was only months away. The young lady must have been related to the owner bc it showed in her nonchalant attitude. She kept denying that our contract had a ceremony and reception and that they could do nothing about it bc they have a reception booked on that date and that their must have just been"miscommunication". I explained how we were already working with a gentleman there who even walked us through the venue and showed us how they would set up the reception to accommodate our guest and how we had been in conversation with him and had a contract. We were really shocked and taken back by her denying what we experienced. The best this young lady could do was offer us a refund. What horrible service what terrible lack of integrity on their part, to lie and deny is troubling. Weeks before our wedding they dropped the ball and double booked on our already reserved date and they couldn't be professional about it and admit their error. Then they had the audacity to ask for a letter saying that WE breached the contract. What?! That was ridiculous but after that experience, we didn't even want our wedding ceremony there seeing their poor communication skills, lack of professionalism, lack of integrity and lack of concern just showed us how they would've been on our wedding day. If they couldn't be honest during the process then for sure we wouldn't be able to trust them on our wedding day. The reason I'm posting this over 10 years later is because now (years later) I am just now receiving an email response from them saying that my review on the knot.com is on hold until I can prove payment and contract. I'm baffled at this email, how unprofessional is that? Where have you been the last 10+ years, why respond now? Why are you asking me to provide records and proof when you have them yourself? That's silly that a business can withhold a review because they don't like what it says (the truth about their service) and why all these years later. Why are they just now reviewing reviews of their business? That email proves that they' are still unprofessional and still disorganized and still lack integrity. I'd still never recommend this place to anyone. It was pricey then so I'm sure it's more expensive now. Not worth it. Besides we've learned it's better to invest in an extravagant honeymoon and a starter home for your marriage rather than a one day event that cost a fortune that majority of your guest won't even remember the details and money that you put into it. But that honeymoon, and that investment in your marriage both you and your spouse will remember for a life time. DITCH THIS VENUE there are plenty other cool little hip places you can find at the fraction of the price that are much more creative. Try the hidden oaks wedding venue, super affordable outdoors, historic and hip, great location, excellent service. Peer space app is also a great place to look where you can rent extravagant homes for the day without the "wedding" price tag.

We were remembering that they even kept some of the items we brought in for props. We have an Alice in Wonderland theme and they kept old books, teacups and saucers, among other items. This is one of those things were it more than upsets you, they took what should have been a special moment you can't ever get back. Also, let me share they make it impossible to bring in your own vendors because they charge so much more for them. Their Dj repeated how many Selena songs. It was not a wide variety despite we actually shared the songs to play. Our list was not even used. We knew what our invites would like and he played whatever he wanted. I selected Citrus Historic Park as my wedding venue, and as part of that agreement, I was required to use Timeless Timelines as my wedding coordination company. Initially, the planning process began positively. I worked with Makenzie, who was excellent--she was responsive, thorough, and guided me through the planning process. I believed she would be my wedding coordinator. At my 60-day meeting, I was introduced to Maribel and informed that she would be my day-of coordinator. During our meeting, we reviewed my expectations, décor setup, and floor plans for both the ceremony and reception. Maribel took notes and entered information into her laptop, which gave me confidence that everything was organized. Unfortunately, on my wedding day, many critical details were not executed as discussed. Without consulting me, Maribel changed my approved floor plan. The bar was moved from outside to inside, which caused long lines that interfered with guests seated for dinner. As a result, my younger sister had to sit separately from our family. Additionally, the appetizer table was never set up, despite being something Maribel had assured me she would handle. I had to consistently remind her to restock the dessert table. My unity table for the ceremony was also not set up. Instead, the box that my items were shipped in was placed on the table. This was extremely disappointing, as this table was meant to be a meaningful part of the ceremony. One of the primary reasons I chose this venue was the ability to make my grand entrance through the double glass doors. Because the bar was relocated indoors, this was no longer possible. Instead, I was redirected to enter from the side of the building, which required walking through water and mud. I also had no flowers at my ceremony. During planning, I explained that my reception centerpieces would be used to line the ceremony aisle and later moved inside. I specifically asked whether I needed to assign a family member to handle this, and Maribel assured me she would take care of it. This did not happen. Additionally, my ceremony music was incorrect because Maribel provided the DJ with the wrong song for the bridal party entrance. Guest tables were not set up correctly. The gold placemats that were supposed to be placed at each setting were forgotten. My aunt noticed this and placed them out shortly before guests arrived. When I later explained this issue to the owner, I was told it was acceptable because the placemats were eventually put out before guests entered, which does not change the fact that the setup was not completed as contracted. The bartenders hired through the venue were also unprofessional. When the credit card system stopped working, they refused to manually process payments and turned guests away, even though there was a required minimum alcohol sales amount for which we would be financially responsible. My husband and I paid an additional $1,000 to extend our reception by one hour, expecting the event to conclude at 12:00 a.m. with cleanup until 1:00 a.m. Despite this, centerpieces began being removed at approximately 10:30 p.m., and Maribel left the venue shortly after I did at 12:10 a.m., while guests were still present. This resulted in a complete loss of the extra hour we paid for. I contacted the owner to discuss these issues. Due to the holidays, we connected in early January, and I was told I would receive a follow-up. As of the second week of February, I have received no response. I paid for services that were not delivered and for commitments that were not honored. At this point, I am exploring legal options regarding breach of contract. My intention in sharing this experience is to caution future couples. Planning a wedding is stressful, and couples should be able to trust their coordination team. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service promised. While I cannot redo my wedding day, I hope this review helps others protect theirs.

Our coordinator, Sara, was truly incredible and made everything run perfectly from start to finish. Right before the ceremony, I had an issue with my lashes and was supposed to do our private vows right before. Sara had to completely pivot the schedule last minute, and she handled it like a pro. She quickly rearranged everything so we were still able to do all we wanted right after the ceremony and during golden hour photos, it ended up being perfect. Leading up to the big day, Sara made planning so easy. She scheduled Zoom calls to go over details, helped me brainstorm ideas, and even reminded me about little decor pieces or things I might have forgotten. I could text or email her anytime with questions, and she always responded quickly. About 30 days before our wedding, Sara took over communication with all of our vendors to make sure everyone knew where to be and when, which took so much stress off of us. Everything ran smoothly because of her, and we honestly couldn't imagine our wedding day without her help. If you're getting married at Windmill Canyon Ranch or anywhere else, we can't recommend Timeless Timelines enough, especially Sara. She truly went above and beyond to make our day everything we dreamed of.
