I did not stress about the food at all, they took care of everything and they made it so easy for me which made my wedding run so smoothly. I hired Carlos to cater my husband's 50th birthday dinner for around 20 people. He came on time, fully prepared, personable and respectful. The guests started trickling in early and he made a charcuterie spread for them to snack on while waiting for the dinner. The presentation was so pretty! Dinner was on time and looked beautiful. It was also delicious. All of our guests had several helpings. Carlos came later in the evening and cleaned everything up. Leaving leftovers nicely packed for us to enjoy the next day. All my guests fell in love with Carlos and really wanted him to come cater to San Diego. :) Highly recommend Carlos! He'll make your event pleasant, delicious, and carefree. read more

Food was amazing and perfect for our first day of our trip. With all the driving to big bear and unpacking no one wants to cook, so it's a perfect idea to have someone come and set up food. He was previously booked so the food was already prepared. It came in heaters and utensils and he let me keep everything. I will be hiring him for every event I have in big bear. read more

The most important thing to me as a person who is seeking to hire a company for an event is always how responsive they are and what kind of vibe they bring to the table. It is always a plus when a company can deliver those two things as well as outstanding food. You would be surprised. It is not an easy task to achieve but man does Chef Carlos deliver. I was in desperate need of finding someone who could come in during cocktail hour at my wedding and provide something that would keep my guests from killing me before dinner but with limited time and no idea what to serve, I reached out to Chef Carlos for inspiration. First and foremost, Carlos and his wife Jessica are the ideal dream team. They are super responsive, which as a bride is a plus because you are already worried about reliability. They never kept me waiting and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. And most importantly they were so friendly and so sweet to me. They needed minimal accommodations and were willing to work within the parameters of my venue's limitations. And they just made my whole bridal experience one of ease. I also always felt like I was a top priority because Jessica even offered to bring my bridal party food before the celebration started. Having vendors that truly care about making your day magical is everything. I'm sure at this point everyone is thinking that's all fine and well, but dang woman what about the food?! How is the food? Lol. The food was absolutely amazing. As I mentioned before, I had no idea what to serve but Chef Carlos and Jessica put together the most aesthetically pleasing charcuterie table I have ever seen. I was blown away by the sheer volume of it, and my guests went crazy for it. It was demolished so quickly. All night people were asking me who put it together and I was more than happy to pass along the source. I also had plenty of guests that went home and tried to recreate some of the jam and cracker combinations that they were introduced too. I can't wait to use them in the future for other events! Highly highly recommend. read more
