She recommended a menu that's suited for our taste and I love that she was able to balance Asian/western palettes. We also didn't do a taste test, but was lucky to snatch a few of her bahn mi during her special pop up- omg the second I bite into the sandwich I knew she will deliver for our wedding. I trusted her completely. For the day of wedding she arrived on time and braved the cold in the outdoors to cook us a coursed meal. Our picky parents could not stop raving about it, and I still think about the lobster mushroom dish she made. I'm salivating as i write this. Do not hesitate to book her. She's professional, friendly, funny, and made our day so special. Excuse the bad quality of pics as I inhaled the food so fast and the pics don't do its justice. Look at how beautiful her plates are too!

I met Chef Tea through a volunteering opportunity, and she was gracious enough to make the team some of her delicious Bahn Mi Sandwiches. Talk about love at first bite! If my mouth had a soul mate, I am pretty sure it would be the Bahn Mi. For reference, I was able to try the pork and vegetarian Bahn Mi. The umami flavors hit you immediately and is welcomed with the combination of fresh veggies and held together with a crispy yet soft baguette. It was Heaven by way of every bite! Another small but important point was how each sandwich was thoughtfully wrapped and had a list of ingredients as well. Days later, I was thinking about her sandwich, and I decided to try a Bahn Mi from a popular Vietnamese restaurant in my area. I was let down because it tasted so different from what I experienced in Chef Tea's sandwich. I repeated this with another restaurant weeks later, only to be let down once more. It is safe to say that she has ruined me for all other Bahn Mi's. If you find yourself in need of a personal Chef who will deliver the "wow" factor, please consider Tra An Cuisine.

He was versatile enough to plan a keto based meal around a Traditionalist eater such as myself. From the appetizer to the desert, everything was laid out according to plan. When Chef Allan and I had our inItial meeting, we discussed what impression was I trying to set and how best he could make my anniversary evening unforgettable for my wife. Chef Allan balanced his presence in the meal preparation to keep us as informed of the various dishes he was preparing without being intrusive in our conversation. The meal itself was a success! Well plated with an aroma that made all kind of tasty promises which it kept. The flavoring was bold without being overwhelming and each dish complimented the preceding one. We gorged ourselves! When it was all said and done, my wife was impressed by Chef Allan's culinary skills and grateful for me introducing him into our lives. She gave me a free pass for the next time a "hubby" moment comes up !
