Great information about cooking. Megan made it interesting and fun. Already recommended the class to a friend who asked about it.

Went here for a work team building event and it was perfect from beginning to end…read more Chef Alex, our instructor for the day, was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and entertaining. It was very obvious that Chef Alex had conducted multiple corporate team building events as well as being a skilled/seasoned chef. We had 22 people for our team building event and there was plenty of space for us to each have our own cooking stations (teams of two) and there was ample seating for all of us to enjoy the fruits of our labors after the cooking was completed. We prepared thai food for our event and, WOW, was it amazing. I mean (literally), this was the best thai food that I'd ever had and this is coming from someone who's wife says "you eat way too much thai food!" The very tasty food is a testament to how well run this place is because we are just a bunch of accountants but we also apparently have an inner self that knows how to cook thai food. Overall, this place is clean, fun, there is ample parking and I would highly recommend. If this place wasn't so far from me, I'd definitely go back on a date night with my wife.

Chef Alex was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly accommodating, especially with our very last-minute booking request (less than a week's notice). Throughout the entire event, he was patient, kind, and engaging with the boys. He took the time to guide them at each cooking station, clearly explaining what to do and then letting them take over and experience it hands-on. He created a really fun, relaxed environment where the kids felt confident and involved. We all trusted the process, and the food turned out fantastic--but even more than that, the boys had a blast doing it. It was the perfect mix of learning, teamwork, and fun. I would highly recommend this experience for any team-building event, youth sports team, or even private parties like birthdays. It's interactive, memorable, and really well-run. Thank you again, Chef Alex, for an amazing afternoon! -- San Marino Little League All-Star Team

Even after the 1st day my meals at home were suddenly consistent and significantly better. 12 weeks later and I am confidently relaxed in my kitchen. I enjoy the ease that I feel now; from preparing dinner, menu planning, temp control, and little tips you just can't learn on google. Learning in person from Chef Jason and Chef Ben with a group of funny, eager, and caring adults has really shaped how I can give back to my family. This was the common denominator for all the students in our course. We wanted to learn a new skill to share with the ones we care about most, our families. "I haven't made a sh**** meal since day one of this course" - quote from my fiancé Take the leap and invest in yourself and your family plus laughing about it along the way is always a plus.

The instructors were charismatic and knowledgable. Whenever I asked a question they answered the hell out of it. They were incredibly generous with their time and expertise. That said, I often went home unable to connect what I experienced in class with the home environment. I understand they were trying to discourage relying on recipes, but the handout was rarely referenced during class and it seemed not to be the chef's own recipe? As a beginner to many of these dishes, I found it difficult to recreate some of them on my own. A few yrs later I remember certain things like knife skills, seasoning tips, and how friendly the other students were (belated thank you to my table partner who sliced my live lobster's head for me because I was too squeamish)

EVERYTHING was delicious! I had contacted Alex 4 weeks prior to the event and expected to an outline of everything 2 weeks prior. He did just that! He was extremely easy to contact since I had so many questions. We scheduled the tasting 2 weeks before the event and HONESTLY, everything was soooooo good! It was hard to eliminate a dish from the event! Alex and his staff arrived 30 minutes early, which I really appreciated. They set up everything ready to go before guests arrived. They were ready to serve exactly when they said they would be. He catered Italian Food for a 100+ party. Most importantly, the food - Pesto Penne, Shrimp Alfredo, Baked Ziti, Roasted Vegetables, Roasted Potatoes, Bread Rolls - was incredibly DELICIOUS. Pricing was great and Alex was able to work within my budget. In addition to providing wonderful dishes, he provided plates, napkins and silverware for our guests. Since we had our own Bar, we did not need him to provide drinks or cups (though he did offer as well!). I will definitely recommend him to all my family, friends, and EVEN ACQUAINTANCES!

I contacted them and immediately someone called me back, I believe it was Michael. He told me he was leaving the office but he would get back to me in the morning. He did! He sent me questions about what I wanted, the location, and what I wanted as far as my menu. I was in the dark and I told him that budget meets classy is what I was going for, but I didn't want seafood. He emailed some great ideas, but then 2 out of the 3 appetizers had sea food. I told him about it and I said he could leave one. He said he would send me updates and pricing. From there it took a turn, he was not getting back to me. Finally when I did call him he was apologetic and said he was busy with other events/ clients. I said no problem, but I needed to make sure everything was going to be taken for my event. He said he would revise, 2 weeks go by and I heard nothing ( I tried to be patient and give him the benefit of the doubt). Finally I ended up calling and said don't bother getting back to me. I was disappointed because I really was looking forward to using them and being apart of those great reviews.

A Beautiful, Well-Stocked Studio Perfect for Crops and Creative Retreats…read more I attended a 3-day crop here for $79, and it was absolutely worth it. Just keep in mind -- it's a no-frills experience, which means you're paying for the convenience of a very clean, well-organized studio where you can craft comfortably with friends. The space is stocked with every tool, supply, and embellishment you could possibly need for scrapbooking, card making, journaling, or any kind of paper crafting. They even run a tab for you during your crop, which is so convenient when you find last-minute items you want to buy. Location & Space The studio is located in a business park, so it's easy to miss from the street. It's upstairs, but once you walk in, it's spotless and beautifully decorated -- vintage, feminine, and upscale in style. The layout and organization make it easy to find exactly what you need without digging through clutter. Experience & Staff Frank was there during my crop, and he's genuinely kind and helpful. People come in and out regularly, and it's clear the shop carries unique and hard-to-find products that keep customers coming back. I'm also part of the Journal Club and Card Making Club, and both are very reasonably priced. Whether you're crafting solo or with friends, this place is a gem. Highly recommend attending one of their crops or just stopping by to browse -- it's an inspiring space for any paper crafter.
