However, the hem of the pant as still a bit short. He wore black socks so it didn't look bad unless you were really looking. The second one was a mess. My son lives out of state and he flew in for the measurements. When we received it we were told that no changes could be made. The tuxedo was too big so it made him look odd instead of tailored. The shoes were broken so he couldn't wear them. The clasp of the pant was broken so his pants kept falling (pant didn't have belt loops as is normal for tuxedo pants) and he had the same issue with the hem being too short. When we went to return the items, the person behind the counter, although apologized for the "inconvenience" kept saying that we should have asked more questions and that we should have called. How do you call when you have already been told that no changes could be made, not to mention it was after business hours? I could have easily replied with the fact that they did not check the items before we picked them up. Not the greatest experience, especially with the service rendered. The price was competitive though.

It's hard to work this closely with someone you can't vibe with. She made me feel completely at ease with all of the planning, the details and organization. She works very hard and does a really, really good job! She created a timeline for our wedding day that she emailed to all of my vendors so that they were all on the same page.
