While I was waiting at the register for her to ring me up, the least she could have done was acknowledge me and say she'd be right with me, but instead she kept talking with her coworkers. Once she finally started ringing me up, she began grabbing the hand basket on the conveyor belt and mumbling to herself, seeming upset. I mentioned that everything I had was already rung up and that the basket wasn't mine. She then started shouting at me, saying she knew that. Then, when it came time for payment, she began shouting at me again because apparently I was "taking too long," even though the screen was prompting me to wait for the cashier. She kept yelling that she was waiting on me and telling me to "go." When I called the store to complain, the floor manager said she would pass the message along and that the store manager would reach out. Well, here we are four days later and still no call from the store manager. I have only visited this store a handful of times, and every experience has involved awful customer service. I will never shop here again. That was the last straw. If employees don't want to assist customers, then please consider adding self-checkout stations.

The store was clean and produce nice. I was SHOCKED that 1/4 of the store was isles of soda! This I've never seen before. Another larger than typical selection was the "Sushi" area, huge! SB is not on my local route, however an interesting visit.

Every time I walk into this store I have a new delicious homemade authentic Korean dish to explore. These are dishes I don't typically find at most of the popping Korean restaurants, hMarts or bbq joints anywhere from north or south Cal! They have a few humble stands that shelf Korean snacks but the real treat is what they have ready to eat cooked food in the fridge section and the marinated meat section and not to mention their Kimchi is absolutely delicious! There's a cute halmeoni (grandma in Korean) who always greets you with a smile when you enter and I have a strong feeling those authentic recipes come from her!
