They were able to follow state guidelines without making people feel like they were being punished. The place remained clean, nice and helpful throughout the entire fiasco. They should win awards. On another visit, the manager and self-checkout associate were hesitant to accept a valid coupon. Then on Aug. 24, I paid cash at self-checkout and the machine gave me a ripped $1 bill. When I took it to customer service, the same manager told me, "We usually don't do this." Walmart's machine gave me the damaged bill, customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're asking for a favor to have it exchanged. Customer service and management training at this location really need improvement.
