When we arrived, we were told the order had been canceled--without any notification, call, or email. The manager that evening assured us the issue would be rectified and that everything would be ready by 12 PM today. We returned at 1 PM, only to find that nothing had been done again. Miguel was the lead we spoke with, and the manager, Ceaser, told us he would personally take care of it--but once again, the order was not ready. As a last-minute attempt, they offered a random cake and cupcakes at no charge, which were not what we ordered and not acceptable for such an important occasion. Because of this repeated failure, we had to leave our only son's baptism and birthday celebration multiple times to keep returning to Walmart--for absolutely nothing. The time, stress, and disappointment this caused our family is unacceptable. This was horrible customer service, complete lack of communication, and zero follow-through. We are extremely upset and will never use Walmart Bakery again. We will also be making sure our friends and family are aware so they do not experience the same thing.
