Thank you for helping us during this stressful time. ********************************************* My husband and I love supporting local businesses, but we won't be using Perrone's as our local pharmacy due to the awful customer service. We have never been before and weren't familiar with working with a pharmacy outside of going to CVS. My husband entered and asked where he could drop off a prescription and the lady working sarcastically looked around and said "hmmm wow that's a great question, I wonder where" then proceeded to talk down to him the entire time he was attempting to fill a prescription that he was only given an emailed PDF of. Instead of guiding him in the right direction, they treated him like he was stupid and asked him what he expected him to do with an emailed rx. There were three other people working the counter that were about as rude and did not step in to help. You can check my other reviews, I am not a Karen and constantly use Yelp to provide positive reviews. We try to treat people like we want to be treated and it's super weird when the customer is being more kind than the staff. Really disappointed and appalled by their behavior. Thanks for making us feel welcome and supported while we're dealing with a very sick elderly cat at home!

Finally a young man came from the back, took my information, processed everything then tossed my medication and card on the counter and walked back to the back. My Dr calls in a prescription and I immediately receive a text looking for payment and delivery information. In very short order, I have it in hand. Usually the next day. I receive a FedEx notice as soon as it goes out. I spoke to them one evening around six and had my package the next morning. They always work with my insurance and find coupons wherever possible.
