At this point I'm late for work and I tell them just cancel it I want my money back. She explained to me she can't and I had to wait for the manager. Jesus. Pretty much pushed me to the side and kept taking orders. On the groceries itself, I stopped buying my groceries here because every store around had much better pricing! As many other Yelpers have stated, the only redeeming thing about this Albertson's is that it's the only supermarket in the general area. Ghetto or not, if a local Walmart opens as planned, I want to see how this Albertson's reacts on pricing. Because I can confirm many times over what others have said: This market is completely overpriced! I haven't had many issues with the staff though. But I have low expectations because I don't interact with them much. All I say is "hi, "how are you," and "thank you." The few times I've asked where something is located, I've gotten courteous and accurate responses. For the most part, the produce is fresh and the items are not spoiled. This market can get very crowded at peak times, especially weekends. It totally stresses me out, so I avoid as much as I can. But where stress is concerned, it's not just in the market... It's in the parking lot too! As many others have mentioned, the parking lot is terrible. When you add cars, people, carts, bicycles and skateboards, this parking lot is an obstacle course mess. I hate to sound like an elitist asshole, but there are some ghetto people that come here too. The way these few folks drive cars recklessly in the parking lot, or the way they behave in the market... It can be very aggravating. If you can avoid this market you should. But if you're like me with no other convenient choices in the vicinity, at least avoid this place at peak times. read more

This review is strictly for Albertson's bakery. All the bakery were very helpful when we can late on a Saturday hoping to pick up a custom that following Sunday afternoon. They answered all our questions on cake sizing, flavors and frosting types (we got a sample). When we saw the cake, we were so pleased. My daughter was ecstatic. The only reason why I shop here is because it is right next door. I usually go to self-checkout, but when I have a lot of items, I go to the regular cash register. I always pay with Apple Pay once they adopted it since this is currently the most secure form of payment. Let me tell you, the staff is very rude when you use Apple Pay and you have to give them the last digits of your device account number. I always have the 4 digits ready, but they are very rude and they always ask to "see your card.". When I tell them that I used Apple Pay, they rudely respond with, "let me see your card.". I always tell them just type in 1234 where 1234 is my last 4 digits of my device account number. They rudely look at me while they type it. I already authenticated the payment with my finger print, just type until the number. That's all they have to do. One of the employees today actually had the audacity to tell me that there is no security gain from using Apple Pay. She was not only rude, she was also condescending. As a software engineer, I know that Apple's implementation of Apple Pay is currently one of the safest forms of payment. These employees really need to be trained on good customer service. Don't lecture your customers on your false assumptions in which you have no credibility about. read more

This is my go-to grocery store since it's less than a mile away from my home. I love how clean everything is kept and how new the establishment is. The associates are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the prices are fairly on the high side, that's what's expected from an Albertson's. I wish they would build a Trader Joe's here in Eastvale, but until then this place will be my main grocery store here. I love the community pride atmosphere as well in here. The parking lot is a pain, but there has been a lot of talk at city council meetings on how to redesign the property. read more

This Albertsons is the closest market to my house. It's convenient to come here, it really is. That said, I'd rather drive across the way & head to Ralph's or Vons cause the lines at this location are a nightmare. Isn't Albertsons motto 3's a crowd & they open another check line? They seem to always only have one or two checkout lines at any given time. The lines stretch down the aisles and make it difficult for shoppers to get by. They also took out their self check-out and replaced them with manned cashier's for 15 items or less who are rarely ever there. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. The prices aren't cheap enough to deal with the lines anyway. read more

The managers here are extremely RUDE, almost outright abusive. That low-level intelligence proceeds to the rest of the employees unfortunately. I used to pick up groceries here but after I was harassed repeatedly by the managers I will never shop ANY Albertsons again. One of the managers (the Black/African American male) decided to confront me because apparently I'm required to know exactly where each item is in every aisle and have the entire store mapped out. "Well it looks to me like you don't know what you're doing, you just going back and forth in the store.", he said. Uuhhhh ok??? Isn't that how most people get groceries??? I wasn't aware of the 'Must Have Itinerary To Shop Here' rule. The next time I went shopping, the same manager decides to go to the check out aisle, he gets right in front of me in the line, he turns to face me, and just STARES at me. I couldn't believe it!!! I always go to stator bros for my groceries. First, the parking lot was a joke. Not enough room for 2 cars to pass down the rows. Next , the isles in the store are too narrow for 2 carts to pass through safely ( social distance). I get up to the cash register, and since I brought my own bags( environment) I had to bag them myself, even though I have a physical handicap!!! I've lived across the street for 5 & 1/2 years so its easy to go there but it's expensive, I always find moldy produce, rude employees, and they're ALWAYS out of basic produce like jalapeños and avocados. Several times I've seen the women in the deli area chewing gum while they cut meats. It's unbearable. Also they usually have 1 checker, so expect to wait AT LEAST 10-15 minutes in line, no matter what time. read more

The store itself is clean and always well stocked. But what the hell is wrong with their check out system??? It used to be fast and for the last year or two, the lines are getting longer and longer with fewer cashiers working. I don't mind that they took out the self check out since I think it's probably smarter this way to mitigate losses from people stealing or what not...but at least have cashiers available during peak hours! It takes forever to check out now with only one or two check out stands open at a time. I avoid going unless I absolutely have to. With a new baby, I can't wait all day just to buy a few items. OMG! We are new to the neighborhood and always had great experiences shopping Albertsons stores in Chino Hills. Today we ordered a 50 piece fried chicken from the deli. This is the very first time we dealt with this Albertsons location. Let me tell you, EPIC FAIL! We received 4, yes FOUR chicken breast pieces, and seriously, all the rest of the chicken was SUPER TINY WINGS (13 to be exact) and when I say TINY, I mean a four year old would laugh! The drumsticks were JUST AS TINY (21) as were the thighs(12). This was a complete JOKE. SHAME ON THIS ALBERTSONS!!! I would have to say that either these employees are completely untrained and incapable, or this location is poorly managed. I will NEVER set foot in this store again. This is pretty much the only grocery store that is near me, and to be honest, I do love it! Most of the time they will greet me when entering the store, and if I need help finding something they're always pretty good at pointing me in the right direction. The store is always clean and smelling fresh, unlike some other stores (Stator Bros on Hamner) - I'm shopping at the store pretty much every couple of days buying little things here and there so it's pretty convenient, and the do it yourself lines are always open and quick - I recommend! read more

Spent the weekend camping at Prado Regional Park so this was our go-to place for anything we needed last minute. I personally felt prices were a bit high but its mostly because I haven't shopped at an Albertsons in years. I typically go to Wal-Mart Market, Sprouts or the 99 Cent Store. This location was very clean, the associates were friendly, and the Starbucks makes really good hot chocolate... yes, doesn't matter how hot it is outside, hot chocolate is good year-round. read more

Went to the Starbucks, tried to use my rewards to get a free tumbler. Instead got charged 19.95 and Starbucks won't refund me since the purchase isn't reflecting on my app, just the stars I received from making this order. There was only 2 baristas, one as cashier and one making the drinks. Ordered 2 peach green teas and one was customized with sweetener and blended while the other one had lemonade. I come here a lot for small trips when I need some produce or candy, or to check the Redbox. The prices here are way higher than other stores around Eastvale. We do our major shopping elsewhere for sure. Try used to have a frozen food section that had all the gluten free stuff in one spot, but now they are all trepan about the other sections, like pizzas with pizza, waffles with waffles, etc. I liked it better the other way since I never know what they stock at any given time and it's more convenient to just look in one spot for them. While on the subject, the gluten free items are even more expensive than they should be, they are already more expensive as it is. I would buy a lot more here if the prices were at least on par with sprouts or any where else really. My few run ins with employees are generally positive. I've always received help when needed. The florist at the time I needed help there was the only sour person who didn't help me find the flower bag things when you buy flowers so they don't drop water everywhere. read more

This Albertsons has items fairly organized but probably not as organized than the Albertsons in Brea. The items are pretty well stocked and I usually can find the item that I need. If you shop carefully you can find some great deals. However some items are extremely overpriced compare to Walmart. The Bad: there are always more than five in each lane regardless of what time that I get there. They need to hire more cashiers to get the lines moving faster. read more
