Marvin answered the phone right away and said they could be here between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM in the afternoon to give us a quote. All of the tree trimming that we discussed were actually the neighbors trees that were rubbing on the roof of our house, sheds and into the power lines running from the alley to our house. He provided me with an amount that was very reasonable and said that they could be back after he provided a quote to another potential customer. He did ask that I check with the neighbors to make sure they were OK with his team trimming their trees which I hadn't even thought to do but it was a good idea. They moved some things in the back yard so that they didn't get wrecked when a tree limb fell. By the time Marvin and his team left they had stacked all of the limbs at the curb and made sure they were not hanging over the walkway or into the street. They put everything back where they found it and cleaned up all of the debris off of the ground. I will definitely use them again. AMAZING! I am so glad I used Yelp to find Albert's Tree Service. Seeing the 5 star rating, I emailed my request on Tuesday a.m. and got a reply in very little time for my address. Less than 2 hours later, someone came and gave me an estimate at an agreeable price to include grinding down the tree stump. I asked when could they do the work, and was told they could come out later the same day. I loved watching their crew at work. They worked efficiently together, like a well oiled machine. The stump was ground down and the project was finished. Cleanup was perfect and the crew was polite and friendly. Like I said, AMAZING! Marvin and his crew were available to start work immediately and did major trimming of a tall, overgrown elm, including removal of two large branches extending over the second story addition, and trimming a couple of small trees crowding the fence. They took all branches to the curb and cleaned up the yard and roof. They were thorough, efficient and addressed everything we discussed at a competitive price. We needed some good sized branches removed and hauled to the front yard. Marvin showed up at the 9:00 scheduled time to provide us with an estimate. We were told that he could have a crew out by 11:15. The crew showed up exactly at 11:15. The trimmed all of the request trees and hauled everything out to the front yard and made sure the limbs didn't hang out into the street or block the side walk. These guys are AWESOME! I contacted Marvin and told him I had a 30 year old Yaupon in the back yard that needed to be dug up. I'm guessing the trunk weighed more than 500 pounds. Very pleased with Martin and his crew's hard work . A large red oak tree had toppled onto our house after the June 9th storm and posed a challenging job. He brought his team in the same evening and completed the day after. They had to climb at least 30+ft and carefully bring down the huge trunk without affecting ours or the neighbor's property.
