Came by to do a walk through and provided a quote. They came a few days later. Took out multiple trees and stumps from my front and back yard. Only reason I knocked the star off is because of the debris left behind that we had to call him about, the on stump he'd overlooked and the part of the fence that broke and weren't notified about. He did come back with his crew and cleaned up and removed the stump. He'd promised to come back to fix the fence but didn't. My hubs called them and they agreed on a day/time. He got busy and had to rescheduled. They did eventually come back and replace the broken fence piece. Great price though, guys. Very competitively priced. read more

We needed a tree taken down and a couple of large branches removed from two other trees, plus some smaller work. Marvin from Albert's Tree Service came over quickly to give us a quote as well as some expert recommendations for how to proceed. After reviewing five quotes, we selected Albert's over the others because we had the most confidence in them. Their quote was in the middle of the range, not too high or low. The other reviews were excellent. Marvin gave us a good feeling, showed us that he knew what he was doing. A few days later, when Marvin and crew arrived to do the work, their expertise was very much on display. Climbers went right up the trees, with ground crew supporting them. They had all the equipment, and it was all in good condition. They started with the hardest part, taking down the old sick mulberry. It was right next to the house, towering over two ornamental Japanese maples that we really did not want damaged. The climber took the major branches down piece by piece, with ground crew lowering them down gently to avoid damaging anything. Soon the tree was a stump and a pile of branches on the street, being shredded. Then in came the stump grinder to reduce the stump to a pile of sawdust. The Japanese maples didn't lose a leaf! After that performance, the rest of the work was cake. They never rushed, but calmly proceeded to trim and prune, and then to clean up after themselves. Once the work was done, Marvin reviewed the work to make sure we were satisfied and all goals met. We couldn't be more pleased. Many thanks to Marvin and his excellent crew! Marvin and his team were incredible! We came home from a weekend getaway to find our huge oak tree had split and fallen on our roof. Marvin and his crew were able to come out late Sunday afternoon and remove the tree off of our roof before dark. He then did an amazing job coming back out and removing the rest of the tree and grinding the stump for us. Not only was he so fast and responsive (only person that was able to come out on the spot), his prices were much cheaper than any other competitor I reached out to. Marvin and his team showed up right on time to take care of my trees. I had a large cottonwood removed that was 4 feet from my house.
