They replaced all my wood posts with metal posts,set in ample amounts of concrete, and thoroughly mixed for each post. They also replaced my 12 foot wide gate with an upgraded metal frame with wood pickets over metal. I am very happy with the fencing and the new gate, both feel extremely sturdy to me and I expect them to last a long time. So nice to have a solid fence and a solid gate that is usable again. The crew worked hard and they were able to work around my existing structures, trees and shrubs. They constructed a fence on the border between my property and my neighbors…read more These are specific issues with the lumber: * Many of vertical pickets in this fence have cracks, some have mold on them, and are defective. * Many of posts are also defective. They have cracks and all of them have not been properly cemented and secured to the ground. * Some of the bottom kickboards have long cracks. These are specific issues with very poor quality of contractor's work: * Many pickets' bottoms are not leveled straight * There is a piece of wood that is laying free and has not been screwed or nailed anywhere * There are screws that are coming through the wood with its sharp end and can injure someone I included just a few pictures to demonstrate the defective materials they used and their very poor quality of work. After filing a complaint with California licensing board, the inspector came to inspect the fence and the contractor paid us to repair the fence per the inspector's report. We recommend to stay away from this company.
