We informed them it was spelled wrong and they 'corrected' it as BISKIT... 2) We brought a sample in containing a worm and asked them to look at it. They called back and informed us that the sample tested negative. We were confused and asked for clarification on what exactly was tested? They said they didn't find anything. We reiterated that we brought in a sample containing a worm so how would there not be anything found when a worm was in the sample? They said they would go check again, and called back and said 'yepp there's a worm and 3 parasites'... 3) Called and they were confused because there were two dogs with the same first name and last name but spelled differently. We informed them that yes, that was your staff that incorrectly spelled her name TWICE so they ended up making two separate accounts which lead to confusion on their end anytime we called... 3) Fast forward about 6 months later, we received email reminders for her checkup. We called to make an appt and was told there was no record for a Biscuit in their system.... so how are we receiving emails? We have been there 4 times how are there no records? Receptionist got extremely rude and kept asking 'are you sure this is the right vet?' after we informed her for the 3rd time this was the correct vet, we have been there multiple times, and you are the one sending us emails. We told her either name it could be under and she continued to tell us there was no record but that someone with our dog's name did have the same last name, but a different first name... the spouses name was also the same name we had given them...the same phone numbers and the same emails....but you couldn't 'find it' and had 'no record?'.... 4) Told them we are done with this vet and their incompetence, and asked them to send over her records which we still have yet to receive.

The Vet and her team were so sweet and got our pup on medication after an X-ray and blood work showed that most likely it was back problem. Fat forward two weeks. We had to bring him back because he was getting worse instead of better. It turned out to more than likely being an aggressive cancer that wasn't really visible in images before. The Vet and tech were so compassionate. First, they were completely booked for the day when I called but took us right in. The Vet explained the different avenues we could take. After much tears, we decided we needed to give him peace. The team was so great with us and our pup. They made a hard day a little easier with how patient they were with us and let us take as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. He was our baby and a huge part of our lives. Having AHF help us through this meant so much.

The vet doesn't seem to understand how bad her situation is. He keeps giving me false hope and charging me for visits and over 5 different medications. I ordered one more med that I had to pay for in advance and have yet to be told it is ready to pick up and it's been 3 days, I call daily only to be told it isn't in yet!!! This Veterinary Clinic is the worst and ONLY WANTS TO CHARGE YOU MORE AND MORE!!!!

They are attentive and gentle with our pets. Never a long wait. They go the extra mile -- even carrying dog food out to my car. There's a new vet and several new techs, and from the start, everything felt rushed and disorganized. I called ahead and explained that each dog, one male and one female had different ages, names, and needs. Despite that, their care was still mixed up once we arrived, and I had to correct staff multiple times. What concerned me most was the lack of communication and thoroughness. My dog was quickly taken to another room, and the vet returned already discussing allergy treatment and a shot before ever really speaking with me about her symptoms, history, diet changes, or my concerns. I had to stop and ask questions myself because no one initially asked me anything detailed about what had been going on over the past several months. When I questioned whether allergies had truly been confirmed or if other causes had been ruled out, I felt met with impatience and a sense of urgency to simply move forward with treatment. I understand vets are busy, but I never agreed to immediately start injections without a more thorough discussion or evaluation first. As a pet owner, it left me feeling unheard and honestly more like another dollar to be made rather than someone whose concerns genuinely mattered. After today, I no longer feel confident in this practice and will be looking for a new vet who prioritizes attentive communication, compassion, and thorough care for both pets and their owners.

We were told he had likely suffered a ruptured tumor and was slowly bleeding into his abdomen. The veterinarian explained that while they could attempt an exploratory surgery and blood transfusion, his prognosis was extremely poor and that he was suffering. As his parents, we made the incredibly painful decision to let him go peacefully rather than prolong his pain. I understand that emergency veterinary medicine is difficult, and I appreciate the veterinarian's honesty in helping us make that impossible decision. I also understand that discussing payment, cremation options, and memorial keepsakes before euthanasia is standard procedure, even though it is incredibly difficult in the moment. What has left us absolutely heartbroken is what happened afterward. When we completed the paperwork, we chose to have a clay paw print made. Before leaving, I specifically asked our veterinary technician if it would also be possible to get ink paw prints. We wanted to preserve the unique pattern of Ozzie's paw to keep with his ashes forever. We were told, without hesitation, "Absolutely," and that they would include them with everything else when we picked him up. When we returned to bring our boy home, there were no ink paw prints. Not only that, but the clay paw print we received was still soft and uncured. We were almost afraid to touch it because it could easily be damaged. The hardest part is that if we had been told our request couldn't be accommodated, we would have made the ink paw prints ourselves before they took Ozzie. That opportunity is now gone forever. There are no second chances to create those memories once your pet has passed. We understand mistakes happen, but this wasn't simply an overlooked request. We specifically asked, were assured it would be done, and trusted that promise during one of the worst moments of our lives. The keepsakes you receive after saying goodbye to a beloved family member are priceless, and unfortunately, this is something that can never be replaced. I hope this review encourages the hospital to improve communication with grieving families. If a request cannot be fulfilled, please be honest so families have the chance to do it themselves. We will forever wish we had Ozzie's ink paw prints, and that is a regret we will carry for the rest of our lives.
