Hanh is the best!…read more Made an appointment after learning that she's specialized in butterfly haircuts and wow she did not disappoint. She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. Hanh, you should consider teaching if you ever plan to! Overall, I am a happy customer that left with beautiful voluminous hair. Will be back for a maintenance cut and a fun girly chat!

THE BEST If I could…read moregive her 10 stars, I absolutely would. I literally just got my haircut and had to write this review before even leaving, she's that good. I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. My hair is straight, flat, and typically hard to style, and I was hoping to add some volume and soft curls but wasn't sure what would actually work. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she didn't just match them--she completely exceeded them. She absolutely nailed the look, even better than I imagined. I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. I'll definitely be coming back to her again!

I was left with uneven, jagged ends, and the left side is noticeably longer than the right. I'll have to keep my hair pinned back until it grows out enough to be fixed by a stylist experienced with bobs. Save yourself the trouble if you're looking for a short cut. What's so disappointing is this stylist and others at Kut Haus have done amazing work on my hair in the past. I've been coming here since 2019, but unfortunately after this past experience I'll be looking elsewhere. It might have just been an off day for the stylist which resulted in a jagged uneven cut for me.

This review for Nadeen is long overdue!…read more I've been a client of Nadeen's (@HairbyNadeen_) since mid-January. It was one of those days when I desperately needed something new--and my hairstylist at the time just wasn't cutting it...literally! I'm so happy I came across Rock Paper Scissors-Chino on Instagram. I reached out to ask if anyone was available for a haircut and color that afternoon, and to my surprise, Nadeen called me right away and said she could see me in 30 minutes. I told her, "I'm on my way!" From the moment I walked in and Nadeen greeted me, I immediately felt at ease. She asked what I wanted, listened carefully, answered all my questions, and gave me her honest professional opinion. Seven months later, I still see Nadeen about every 6-7 weeks for color, toner, root touch-ups, trims, and haircuts--so I never miss one. Not only is she amazing with color, but her cuts are always perfect! She is a true artist, incredibly sweet, and genuinely cares about her clients. Nadeen has completely transformed my hair since that first appointment in January. If you compare my photos from then to now--what a difference she has made! She's my knight & Shiny Hair Stylist Nadeen is very popular at Rock Paper Scissors, and now you know why! I always pre-book my next appointment before leaving so I don't miss one. If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. 1 star is being generous. I understand businesses have…read morepolicies as I'm a business owner myself. Emergencies come up and I am very disappointed how this situation was handled. This salon basically stole money and don't care about people or customers. I canceled my daughter's appointment due to her becoming sick this evening. This salon didn't care after explaining my situation. I didn't cancel just because I felt like it, I had a legit reason. I guess if someone gets hospitalized or dies they will still charge you the cancellation fee. Once I got off the phone with them they automatically charged my card. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card. Don't give your business to this salon! They steal money and don't care for their customers! There should be exceptions for certain circumstances and not be greedy. This salon is not run right. My husband wrote a review on his own account and I did my own. We have the right to do that. There's no policy on yelp who can write a review. The owner responded and is getting defensive, so that should tell you something.
