Next level indeed. Came in with an appointment for my five--year-old, Abraham is an amazing barber. He did a spectacular job on my sons hair. My son wanted a lightning bolt on the side and he gave my son what he wanted. He was patient with my son and tolerated his constant scratching. They can definitely get busy, and I recommend making an appointment in advance. From what I told Abe is the one who does designs, so definitely book with him. They familiarize themselves with their customers, and they seem to have a ton of regulars. I could not have asked for a better barber. I hope my son can grow up with these barbers. My son loved him, and we will definitely be back for those special occasions hair cuts. read more

Came here once before and it took awhile to be seen as the only guy who was available was on the long seat side and was looking at his phone. i think maybe he was on break idk but eventually i was seen by the same guy who didnt speak english but was very polite and understood how i wanted my hair to look like and did a decent job. Today i visited at 12:09 and there was only one guy ahead of me and same set up. 3 guys working the mirror side and the 4th guy on the long seat side. the guy ahead of me go on ahead and i wait to be seen next. a new customer comes in and takes his seat to my right and i patiently wait while scrolling through my phone. then another customer comes in and seats to my right. the right to my right gets called and i decide not to make a fuss and keep scrolling... then the guy to my left gets called and he makes eye contact at me and then the barber and goes on ahead and i try to make eye contact with the barber who passed me and he just flips the guys set around to avoid my direction. next customer sits to my right and a couple walk in near the door. The 4th barber calls the guy to my right and he goes to take a seat. I finally speak up "why the fuck am i being passed up on?" all the barbers look at eachother and the customers are clueless too. the bowl cut guy says "uhh, they had an appointment" at no point in time were there any paper written or even looking at their phone for this appointment list. I said "yeah, no. fuck your bullshit there's no point waiting any longer." and just left. I waited patiently for over an hour next to a loud TV. I do not recommend coming to this location. Waste of time and money. read more

I booked with Cesar and he made me immediately feel comfortable. He asked if I preferred English or Spanish and asked if I had any reference photos to go off of. The time to wait was nothing. I was looking for a place to take my nephew to get his haircut and came across next level cuts, tried to make an appt online but it said no availability so my nephew called in and they were able to get him in at 7pm which still worked out. My nephew is 16 and has been getting his haircut from the same barber since he was 12. Well that stops now because he was extremely happy with his cut , I cannot express how happy he was he absolutely LOVED his experience he could not stop smiling. First time here. Cool vibe. Got a cut from Abraham and was very happy with my haircut.

I took my son here because our normal barber wasn't available. Big mistake. The haircut was uneven and when I told Adam to fix it he tried but failed. He took forever on the cut too which was pretty basic. Also told him not to use any product since my son has sensitive skin and he had no respect for that and put product on him anyway. Of course he ended up with not only a bad cut but also a rash after the fact. We won't be back. read more
