How have i lived this close to such amazing Salmon at such an amazing price? Not sure is the answer. I went in first thing on a Monday am. I was told fish comes in twice a week...one of those days is Sunday. So Monday fish is prefect. I ended up pan searing and serving with homemade chimichurri. I am a huge fan and will be back VERY OFTEN.

I'm visiting from California and this is the by far best salmon I have ever eaten. Wild caught and so reasonable. Give it a try.

Great Salmon. Bare bones establishment but fish was fresh, delicious and reasonable. A little hard to find and not well "signed".

Want to have an actual GOOD EXPERIENCE in a grocery store? You found it with Marcyk's. The…read moreemployees KNOW the products. They check the freshness while you are purchasing. Never have found an expired product on the shelf. I did mention to them to please consider marking cheese RAW or PASTEURIZED since they do buy a lot of craft cheeses, and now this does matter to people. They can usually tell me if it is raw or not, but hopefully they'll mark that on the package. Now do this --- GO TO THE SEAFOOD section. IN FACT, never go anywhere else to buy fish. It's FRESH, they know where the fish is coming from and its about as high a quality as you'll find. Also GREAT JOB MARCYK's finding great quality eggs to sell. Also tip my hat to the Italian tomatoe based products = you know, where TOMATOES actually taste like tomatoes. Good luck finding that with corporate america these days. I'm now a REGULAR shopper there. Worth the extra cost.

Glad I found this place. I had read some time ago that Marczyk Fine Foods was a gourmet food shop…read moreand I finally made it by here for one of their outstanding sandwiches. They offer a number of options. Once you order, they prepare and call your name when ready. The turkey, avocado and bacon was a real hit. Huge, fresh delicious. Love the arugula. Inside the store is stocked with fresh, organic vegetables, lots of Italian specialty pastas, EVOO, balsamic vinegars, cheeses, meats, deli items. ...and a full butcher shop. If you are a foodie or just love to eat really well, Marczyk's should be in your list of places to visit frequently. Loved it. Also a wine store next door -- now whats not to like about that combination.

I was excited to see thinly sliced beef, dumpling wrappers, glutinous rice flour, purple rice, my dry udon noodles that I get back home, and much more. They also have a nice (minimal but sufficient) selection of produce.

Still love it here, but is it just me but the prices have been going up and up and up? The good…read morenews is they still have the great food that I know and love. Thank goodness they have something set up with regard to parking in the lot without hitting your pocketbook. You have to go around the block to enter, but it is a great option. 2 hours of parking is covered with a min $10 purchase. Just make sure you have your license plate info. Parking is tracked by that. No parking tickets to grab on the way in or out. Checkout folks were there and ready. Seafood guy was helpful. But I missed seeing staff members throughout the store to help with product locations and feedback. At this point I know which products we like, but am always curious about new ones. I still love Kream Kimchi that they have there. When they were first adding it to their product like, I met a "live person" who was there providing samples. That was enough to hook me in. Excellent brown rice, Kream kimchi, furikaki, red bean mochi, fresh fish, Portuguese sausage (frozen), lau lau (frozen), guava and passion fruit jelly, organic seaweed, and so much more! Also love their non-food items. One of the best places to pick up ramen bowls, tea cups, nice chopsticks, etc. With cashiers being all new this past visit, and missing folks within the store, I also realized it was about community too and not just buying food/products! It also is a bit of a drive there for me, but their consistent high quality products they carry is really appreciated. It just hits the pocket book a bit more and visits are not as frequent unfortunately.
