I am so lucky to live in a neighborhood with its own fresh seafood market…read more This place was such a blessing during Lent when me and my fellow Catholics abstained from meat, but were permitted to have savory seafood. I was amazed that the owner came out to help us, he provided suggestions, prep tips, cooking advice, and offered seasonings, spices, and garnishes to complete our meal ideas. Clean, chilly (from all the fish on ice) with. Coastal maritime flair. Do yourself a favor next time you are in the 32nd & Lowell neighborhood; stop in and have some food from the sea for supper. Fear not: they have designated customer parking

I was in the hunt for sushi grade salmon and found it at Seafood Landing…read more The staff is very healthful in recommending different salmon options and informed me that if you arrive early they typically have containers of chopped up sushi grade tuna and salmon. I got a 15oz container of sushi grade salmon for poke bowls and hand rolls. It was delicious and lasted me two meals. I will definitely be back to try the tuna.

Visited Denver and literally got Ohana 3 out of the 4 days we were there. The only reason it wasn't…read more4 out of 4 was because they were closed on Sunday. Their Ahi Poke Bowls are so good! The fish is super fresh and not fishy at all. We asked for the spicy mayo at half spicy because it's a little too spicy for our taste buds. You do get a lot more rice than fish, but it's worth it for the quality. Their minced tuna is also a great value if you don't mind less uniform, more scrappy pieces of fish. The people taking orders are super friendly too. Parking is street parking only, but we were able to find a parallel parking spot without much trouble. Reminds me of Hawaii!!

I went with a group of 4 and we sat outside. The cashier taking our order was kind and friendly! Very patient with us as none of us had been there before and we were taking the menu in haha while we were reading the menu a bunch of people and went picking up their to-go orders! We know that was a good sign! I forgot what my friends got, a poke bowl of some sort and a curry I think. They both enjoyed it! I got the pulled pork bento box! I thought it was really flavorful and tasted great! I would have liked a little more pork for the price but besides that it was great!!! We were celebrating another friend's birthday so we got 4 mochi ice creams to share! We didn't know the flavors so we guessed based off the colors haha we all really enjoyed those too! Definitely can't wait to go back and try more of this menu!

I put everything for mix-ins (tofu, seaweed, cilantro, masago, green onions) and toppings/sprinkles (avocado, crab mix, spicy crab mix, squid salad, seaweed salad, corn, cucumber, tomato, pineapple, edamame, mango, pickled ginger, furikake, tempura flakes, crispy garlic, dried seaweed, almonds, sesame seeds (except jalapeño, crispy onion, and chili powder). Picked up my bowl about ~20 minutes before closing. It was very quick. The poke bowl was fresh and had generous serving. It was excellent. The different toppings, mix-ins and the protein gave different textures and the entire meal was just bursting with flavor one bite after the other. I really enjoyed my meal. Super good. Would definitely recommend

I was only there very briefly to enjoy my meal, but from what I can overhear the staff are super friendly and welcoming and they have some regulars too. I liked how one of them tells the customer, "Yes, Chef!" after finishing their order. Fun and cute! I got their medium poke bowl with 2 scoops of protein and split carbs. For my medium poke bowl, I got: spicy tuna (ground tuna), spicy salmon (diced cubes), 1/2 regular white rice and 1/2 matcha rice, spicy and regular crab salad, spicy mayo aioli, seaweed salad, edamame, tempura bits, fried onions, furikake, corn, squid salad, masago fish roe, tofu, and chili powder. Pretty decently sized for a medium order and they don't skimp out on all of the sides ordered and the scoops they use aren't tiny either. I'm used to poke places using those tiny ice cream scoops, but it looks like they don't here. So many toppings that I had to scoop a bit of it out on the lid so I can do a better job of mixing. Fresh fish, delicious toppings, overall not bad. They don't have a wide variety of proteins to choose, but that's alright, you know considering that we're land locked. It was the first time I've had matcha rice too, which mostly tastes like regular rice with a slight, very, very subtle matcha taste. Looks interesting for sure. Both of the rice in my order was a bit mushy though, which was disappointing, but still a good bowl. Not bad!
