    10/10 breakfast burrito

This Place is incredible, super positive and such a cute shop. I love all the crows around the shop. Everyone is super nice and the food is really good. Like, it's incredible. So good that I ate my burrito before taking a picture. So here's a 3rd of my burrito left.

Good options and friendly employees. Very fast if you want to get a coffee before you get back on the cruise ship. They have clothes and coffee and other goodies that you can buy from here! the coffee was average coffee, good enough and good size- nothing fantastic but a good stop!

Small grab and go place; if you're looking for a spot to hang out this is not the place! Super friendly service and the coffee was also very good. Cute little selection of merch and a fun mural of the town! Right across from the cruise port.

brown sugar iced latte and the toasted salmon bagel!!! 10/10!!!! craving one right now actually

Awesome coffee, great ambience, and excellent bagels. The cheddar jalapeño bagel was lit! It was my favorite and went back twice to get it! I also tried the everything bagel and it was yummy too! The Alaska salmon bagel was phenomenal. So much smoked salmon and a lot of cream cheese loaded into your choice of bagel. I love how they smothered and lathered a ton of cream cheese into the bagel. The coffee was delicious too and their brownie is definitely homemade very nice and chocolatey. Cashier was very friendly :)

We were here on a Sunday and the coffee shop was open despite the closed on weekends signage posted at their door. Guess they knew when a cruise ship was in town to open up for all the tourists? Service was fast. Ambiance was interesting with the wall art, skeletons and crows around the store. Latte was average tasting. Prices were reasonable for the location.

Cool vibe and super creative on decor, but just overpriced coffee. Customer service is on point. But the coffee isn't special.

Excellent coffee and top notch service! Highly recommend if you are needing a boost of caffeine!

Alaska Coffee is a friendly coffee shop that is open year round, owned by a young local entrepreneur named Dallas! Go say hi, and have a GREAT cuppa coffee! All their food is delicious as well! It's a MUST if you're anywhere near Front street across from Tongass. Lots of other cool gifts too, and awesome art!

Service was quick and pleasant. Coffee we bought was basic drip but had a pleasant aroma and not too bitter. Overall, cool shop, nice staff, and decent coffee.

Some of the people in my party were craving for coffee before heading back to our cruise ship, so we decided to try this coffee shop out. Definitely did not disappoint. Do not expect this coffee shop to be like your typical coffee shop. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a bold and stunning red colored walls. They have shirts and mugs for sale and a large beautiful painting of the tunnel that is right down the street. Our party members ordered a cafe latte with triple shot of espresso and a iced mocha w/o whip cream. Both were very delicious and were finished before we even made it back on our ship which really wasn't that far away.

First greeted by the hostess to seat us. Place was full and very nice and clean. Casual atmosphere…read moreand you were able to hear each other's voices. We both enjoyed the halibut fish and chips which were amazing! Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Ketchikan Alaska!

I ordered a king crab leg, crab cake, and chowder combo…read more Three must haves for a true Alaskan trip. The crab was ok, honestly tasted like the much much cheaper snow crab to me, wasn't worth the cost but still part of the Alaskan experience. The crab cake was pretty small, good but small. The chowder was pretty thick and gravy like from chowders I've had. The food was good, nothing worth going back for, but good for the experience. This is where we go from a 3-4 star review to a 1-2 star review. I'm being nice. When the check came they added a 20 percent auto gratuity. I usually do 20% but when it's a single combo plate and the majority of the plate is one thawed crab leg.... Come on , really!!! Do an auto 15% maybe 18% with the option of adding more. That's the standard. What got me was a 4% service fee. I asked what it was for and the employee told me ," we don't get that, I guess it's for the kitchen staff or the owner, I don't really know". Why am I paying a service fee for .... Well nothing! (Crab legs are about $100 each which is the average price ) so $4 per crab leg goes to the evil greedy owner. So $4x 8 legs on a crab = about $32 per crab just because . Tax... expected and the law. But a credit card fee.... Even for debit (against the law). Not looking so good for the owner. So to sum it up Food was good, nothing to celebrate about. I actually can't complain about the service , it was good. But the extra fees are where the ship sinks. Stop taking advantage of tourists and your restaurant won't be empty, and it was very empty when I was there. Should have seen it as a red flag . Do better!!!
