We sold the building and they claimed I signed a contract that I had to give them 30 days notice plus they would charge an additional 30 days after that billing cycle. When we canceled the contract, we were only one week into the billing cycle and they for that month plus an additional month. Pretty practices. Glad I'll never have to deal with them again.
