DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pardieck and his team installed all new plumbing and HVAC in our home…read moreremodel 12/2021. This included everything new from the mainline. Fast forward to a couple months ago, something on the main line in the house broke and my laundry room, kitchen, and living room began flooding with water. Of course this would happen on a weekend. I called to leave a message with Pardiecks only to learn they do not have an emergency phone line. Great. So my husband and I turn the water off completely to the house and tough out the weekend with no water. They came to fix the part, said we should be good to go, and left. Within just a couple days I was sent a bill for over $250, most of this was labor for his 2 team members to come out for less than an hour. Last week, I noticed a noise coming from behind the water heater where the mainline comes into the house. I bent down to check and once again the mainline into the house is spraying water into my laundry room. No flooding this time but enough of a mist to wet everything behind the water heater:floor, wall, etc. Again, I call Pardiecks and have to leave a voicemail because it is the weekend and they don't have an emergency line. Again the water had to be shut completely off and my husband and I had to go another long weekend without water. The technician was unable to come on a Monday this time. Tuesday morning 2 of Pardiecks' team show up to take a look at the problem. It is the same area that we had an issue with a couple months before. This time we are told the ball valve is cracked and will need replaced. (upon researching later, ball valves should last 8-10 years for brass and over 30 for stainless steel) Pardiecks' team replaced the valve, assured us we were good to go, and left. Again within just a couple days I receive a bill. This time $362.88. So in just a few months time Pardiecks' has charged me over $600 for what should be all brand new plumbing in the first place. I have reached out to speak to Mr. Pardieck about the issues around the plumbing in our home and he has yet to return my call. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality workmanship. Terrible company.
