However, I find their customer service central team to be unclear, and they don't respect people's time. They don't read your (my) emails. They just randomly send service people, who then don't get the job right, and then have to come back. And are a little half-ass. It's like they keep busy, but no one really is paying attention, or is focused enough (smart enough) to get things done right the first time. They are just hard, and super money and time-wasting, to deal. I will need to move on. And to be clear, this is not a random product, this if my &@)$^#&B security system to protect my family. It's like they don't really consider the importance of their product. Do yourself a favor, and find someone great before you are with General Serurity.
