So last week I had a dental emergency that I could not handle for one more minute... I called them…read moreBecause they are listed as an emergency dentist. They got me in right away. It's a very basic office, still have paper files and there is nothing fancy about this office. When I was seen by Dr Salwin, he found that I had a very bad infection underneath my crown that I had just put in somewhere else in December so he was unable to proceed any further he prescribed me 2 antibiotics and an antibiotic that went in the infected area. I'm not going to sit here and lie or sugar coat I have never been in so much pain in my life and because of the infection I was numb everywhere but that tooth... I was crying and embarrassed but the Dr assured me in his 40+ yrs of experience he has seen it all. I left with prescriptions and told to follow up in a week. Pain was so severe that I had called the office that evening in tears and the woman who I spoke to was pretty rude to me and said someone would call me but no one did, now this really upset me and I had called to cancel my appointment and ask for a refund for what I had prepaid for. I spoke with the office manager Connie who had no record of me calling and because I was in such severe pain she moved my appointment up and apologized for that experience and asked to give them another shot as it was not the Drs fault and for the life of me I could not recall who I spoke with. I went in yesterday to complete the procedure and Connie herself called me back shook my hand and thanked me for giving them another chance. Susan the assistant immediately came and asked how I'm doing and I explained still no relief at all... the dr came to re-examine this tooth and after letting him know that crown was put on a for a cracked tooth, he immediately stops and starts explaining to me you can't just put a crown on a cracked tooth you have to make sure it's not cracked passed a point that is not repairable. While he's explaining this to me I'm telling him I can not deal with the pain anymore as pain pills do not even show much relief to just pull it out, Susan returns and says if you can go to Dr Pace right now they will see you immediately. So off I went. Connie made sure to walk me to my car as I had oral sedation and I was numbed for the procedure. I'm really glad I gave them another shot because they did not waste anytime finding me someone to help me ASAP and they didn't try to do something that they weren't comfortable with which I appreciated as well. I will be making this my dentist.

Based on Dr. Buch's reviews, I expected an excellent surgeon. What was unexpected and so refreshing…read morewas his energy, and the energy of his team. When you walk into an office for the first time and the energy is light, and everyone you encounter is genuinely friendly and positive, it makes an impression. When that same experience repeats itself over multiple visits, you realize it's not just a good day, it's the culture. Dr. Buch's team clearly enjoys and respects one another, and that feeling carries through to every patient interaction. The energy is consistently warm, upbeat, and welcoming. Dr. Buch deserves real credit - not only is he an excellent surgeon, he is thoughtful, highly informative, and easy to connect with. More importantly, he's created an environment that feels as exceptional as the care itself, which frankly, sets this practice apart. I highly recommend Dr. Buch at Southwest Oral Surgery.

My star rating has nothing to do with my surgeon. My surgeon and the team assisting him during my…read moreprocedure were wonderful. I even returned a few days later with a sinus infection, and Dr. Stabley was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. The surgical care itself was excellent. However, my experience with the administrative side of this office has been very disappointing. I overpaid for my surgery and was issued a refund check, which unfortunately expired before I cashed it. That part is on me. After finding the check again in mid-August, I contacted the office to have it reissued. Since then, it has been four months of calling, emailing, and trying to get a simple replacement check. I have been told multiple times that the issue is being taken care of and that I would receive a call back, which never happens. I've sent and received a total of 13 phone calls since August, plus multiple emails. I've also spoken with the practice administrator--who has been kind--but the problem still hasn't been resolved. I've been given conflicting information: that the check was mailed to my home and rerouted by USPS due to an incorrect address (even though the address they read back to me was correct), that the check was then supposedly mailed to the office instead and expected to arrive on 11/19/25, and later that follow-up would be provided--yet no one ever follows through. I even went in person on 12/8 to ask about the status, was promised a next-day update, and still received nothing. I received another update on 12/10 that the check would be sent to their office by the next week. Given that it's now the 21st of December, I don't think I'll be seeing this check by the end of the year as they mentioned. It should not take months to reissue a refund, and it's extremely discouraging to feel constantly overlooked. I genuinely wanted to continue coming here and recommending my clientele because my surgical experience was great, but the ongoing lack of communication and follow-through from the front office has been very disappointing.

I have to say that after all these decades to see what my slightly crooked teeth on the lower jaw turned out to be along with how much easier flossing is with everything aligned, is nothing short of remarkable for me. Slowly over time the misalignment happened, and I never thought it was possible to correct them; just thought it was part of aging. It was an easy process and the team at AWFD was terrific every step of the way. If I can do this at 62, you can, too! I'm grateful for the team at All West Family Dentistry, and you will be, as well!

Something about it just didn't feel right to me so I decided to get a second opinion. Everyone I spoke with during this process was so kind and professional. I think our entire family is going to start using this practice for all of our dental needs. If you decide to schedule with All West you're going to be in good, honest and capable hands.

Dr. Hoaglin reassured me that even when I was under, a woman would be in the room at all times, which is thankfully something I have never had to question, but appreciated that it was something they took into consideration and made a point to say. The removal and recovery process went super smooth and I never had any issues! Once I woke up from the surgery, I was escorted out to the car by an assistant/nurse, along with my designated driver. Dr. Hoaglin even made a point to call me the night after surgery to check in and make sure that I was feeling okay. I seriously cannot recommend a better place than this one! I would also like to highlight the service they offer with wisdom teeth removal, which is the Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF). I truly believe this helped my healing experience tremendously and definitely sped things up. I was never in any pain after surgery, more so just uncomfortable due to jaw stiffness. This was all manageable without pain meds! By day 7 or 8 I started feeling back to my normal self and felt 100% by day 12.
